I don't understand by people need a bullish market for trading. You can make equally good profit in bear market as well. During bear market you can play with shorts and longs and can maximize your profit through leverages. Try to squeeze the maximum benefit of the market in every phase.
It was necessary to invest in February, then it was a good time. And now it is very disturbing to watch where the market will go. It can still update the lower limits.

My advice is you have to buy Ethereum because it is seen from the graph there is a sign of increasing again so you hold strong Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron and EOS.

Honestly speaking, I have invested before, 4 weeks before in particular and I think that is the best time where I've invested on an altcoin. Also, I invested on bitcoin and today, when I am looking at CMC, I see the growth and increase that's why I advice that it is not late to invest. Just look at the daily cap.
Bitcoin itself is increasing but not too higher, but in the long-term, it will increase higher, so you don't have to worry.
Right now, it's better we can collect more bitcoin from trading altcoin pair bitcoin so we can get as much bitcoin as we can.
My plan with the current price increase, I am ready to sell coins. From the end of 2018, I have bought several Altcoins. And now the price has experienced growth. We do not know this price increase will last until when. So I'm ready to sell coins and make a profit.
Well, I don't think you should be doing this right now as the market now is started to get better and somehow the cryptos heading towards the better pricing. In fact, in spite of selling you can buy more as it would increase your profit when you sell in the future...

The current price is still quite cheap and this is very good if we buy coins now. because when bitcoin goes up the price of other coins will go up and I am very sure the price of bitcoin which is now above 5000 $ will go up to 6000 $ or more. so this is the right time to invest. And the way I invest is by buying some potential coins so not only focus on one coin but I buy 3 coins from the capital that I have.

Honestly, I'm always ready to invest. Investing is not related to the market status neither the btc price.. Its all about your type of trading .. I want fast profits but i don't want risk, my strategie always change but i take care about the risk personally and i don't opt in just like that.. FOMO is bad.. it will make alot of peoples lose cash. So, i am not sure but i will always invest when i think that the opportunity is good.
Crypto currency is a long term investment you should not worry about things might happen like the red market for a year. It is always right to buy coins since the price get lesser and lesser. We look at the chart so far the price shows little by little and if this will continue we can ensure there will be ATH later this year and there is no harm in investing at this time and can hold it until ATH happens and especially not panic when there is a high price correction because of that just a moment's correction.
Not all time the value is low . sometimes the value is high so how can i afford it if im only a poor guy ? Buying at smaller chunks maybe ? The value will still be expensive for a small amount of sats so ill still prefer to wait for the dip although you still got a point . people do always want to involve on bitcoin or in cryptos in general . they do not want to be left behind on the trend a.k.a fomo this results for the value to increase the longer the crypto run . this make us believe that investing at all time is a nice idea .
When price is low, it is time to invest. But, in any case, investors should not do all-in investments, because if something goes wrong, with coins they choose, or with general crypto market, with bitcoin, they might fall to the hell, and might not have chance (out of funds) to come back. In any case, not only in crypto, we should use part of our balance as reserved funds for the worst cases. Always should remember that, even with margin tradings.I agreed with you that if investors hesitate to invest into crypto in this year, they miss a very big opportunity, that not occur too often, just some years a time.
