the hash rate is currently around 45 TH/s, so they've actually gone down since last week, not up. Sure, they have had some luck, but the hash rate is low, and the mining address tally represents that.

If AM's hashrate hasn't increased then they've been unbelievably lucky the last couple days. FC's update this week could be very interesting indeed.
Judging by the average intelligence of this thread, I expect share price to now be 500btc

yeah, only short-sighted "investors" are selling now...
it depends. If you expect the share price to go sub-2, you could sell at 3 and almost double up on your shares.
I think that's a very risky thing to do, but I'm sure that's what a lot of people are looking at.
To top all of that off, USD/BTC is getting to respectable levels, even on coinbase ($118). I have to admit, at those prices, even I am tempted to lock in some profit.
If divs are low this week, I expect the price to drop further, but I don't know if we'll get to 2.

The reality is that AM is likely hashing at around 45 th/s, give or take a bit.
Have a look at this:

You can extrapolate that further and see that it's likely that AM hasn't added any additional hashing power for some time (one month+.) They've been hashing around 45-50 th/s for at least that long.
