I just noticed the "I am alive" post by Yifu here in the custom hardware subsection, and in it he mentions that we should expect some news soon. I hope he addresses us trade-in customers as well.
Nothing about trade-in ,feel so sad.

Dammit, c'mon Avalon team, at least confirm that you got our payment so we know if you got the coins or we sent them into the ether.
Now you know how the rest of us feel. At least they acknowledged your trade-in with an email
25 days since I opened a support ticket..no reply...no fucks are being given..awesome!

The most biggest problem is, that 90% of us, still dont have their Trade-ins added to the store account.
So the price for trade-in is 17 bitcoins or so...
I guess he forget to mention, "that your trade-ins will be processed in december, and we are all fucked up, as always."
And why the hell did i even bother, sending my two fpgas via dhl, payed a lot of money, for the hurry... one of two fpgas were refused by chan, because he didnt want to pay the fees... 10$ or so..
In the end, one of my fpgas were lost, and the other one was eventually delivered... and i thought thats good news...
p.s. I admired Yifu and his team, and always had faith in him, but i guess GREED kills even the best of us.

Yifu said trade-ins would be pre batch #2 and at $1500 minus cost of trade-in.
The real result is $1600+ trade-in and post batch #3 or never.

If Avalon still hasn't acknowledged receiving FPGAs by then, perhaps we'll be somewhat able to maybe begin preliminary motions towards initial steps regarding possible considerations of tentative movement towards a chance of getting them a scammer tag.

No, what would be good would be a notice that our trade-ins have been shipped or that we are going to be paid 3 BTC for lost mining revenues as Avalon tarried and, presumably, mined with our paid-for devices.

mmm, that's odd guys, I'm pretty sure rudrigorc and allinvain should have gotten emails, I remember sending about 50% of them before having to run off to another meeting earlier today.

Can you please take a look at ticket #961 created on June 12th, 2013 (support.avalon-asics.com).
I don't see any orders in my account on store.avalon-asics.com.
My boards were received by Mr. Chen on Apr. 23rd, 2013.

Anyone have any progress in trade-in? I want at least return of my FPGA boards and postal fee.
There is no point in sending emails to them. Or opening tickets for that matter. We have all tried that for months with zero results.
The only options seems to be to either physically locate Yifu in New York where he lives I'm told, or to collectively hire a lawyer. Anybody close to N.Y.?

Plot twist: Avalon is mining with our trade-ins.
All those fpga's have to be doing something... right?
Yep, they are. They've probably been resold into the dev board market. Also they're probably mining with our 17 btc avalon units too. But I honestly doubt they have them built. The more realistic scenario is that our units will come after all of the batch 3 units have been shipped out.
