These reviews will be available in the profiles of both an employee and a company. It will be an auxiliary tool for getting or giving recommendations also.

The personality of a manager who is authorized to confirm the data will be carefully checked. This person must have 3 verifications from employees of the company. The employees will also be authorized to give grades to a manager/company remaining anonymous. Any hidden conflict of interest between them and their direct employer/supervisor will immediately become transparent to the user. In this way our project brings a lot of potential problems for cheaters.
