fully agree with his opinion. I'm afraid even that it will not grow to the heights, as it was at the end of 2017.

If the opinion of Robert Schiller is seriously taken into account by investors from around the world, it is simply because he was the Nobel Prize in Economics in 2013. But when it comes to talking about Bitcoin, man does not chew his words. He is not seized by the craze that surrounds crypto-currencies for several months now.
Mr Schiller believes that Bitcoin is a speculative bubble that will end up exploding, even if in itself this virtual currency should not disappear.
There is no expert in the crypto currency field and many people were using their reputation in their field to manipulate the prices because they were got paid by the whales to manipulate. But I don't even know who is that man so I don't need to trust his words while investing on the crypto currencies. If you trust his words then better invest on what he advices to do. let those people say bitcoin is a bubble but we cant deny bitcoin's blockchain will be the future let's see in the future if they can still call it "bubble".

BTC has a value of nearly USD 15,000 (Rp 201 million). Then, at the end of the month, the value of one of the largest cryptocurreny was even fallen to be in the range of USD 8.810 (Rp 118 million). Although it had recovered to be at USD 10,142 (Rp 136 million), but bad luck Bitcoin still continues until early February. Digital currency was once again experienced a slump that forced 1 BTC worth USD 8.568 (Rp 115.1 million). The number was the worst since November 25, 2017, which at that time Bitcoin had touched USD 8.561 (Rp 115 million). Now, Bitcoin's own value is in the range of 8,900 (Rp 119 million), based on data from CoinDesk. The decline in Bitcoin prices is expected to be caused by the new regulation adopted by the South Korean government related to the ban of cryptocurrency in the Ginseng Country. However, South Korean Finance Minister Kim Dong-yeon denied this by saying that the local government only regulates its trade. Not only South Korea, the Philippines and Japan have recently been known to brew the policy to tighten the rules of main cryptocurrency in their respective countries. In addition, Facebook's social networking policies to punish ads that are linked to digital currencies are also seen to play a role in the decline in the value of Bitcoin. In addition, the increasing popularity of other cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and Ripple attracting people to invest in it is also one of the causes of declining value of Bitcoin, as Nicholas Colas, co-founder of DataTrek Research,

It could be bad news for Mr. Schiller now that he has put the Nobel Prize-winning reputation on the front line with his statement. His opinion may not be taken seriously by investors longer if he turns out to be wrong. All of these experts should be more careful with what they say, considering several times over the years people have tried to remove Bitcoin. The irony you discover here is that the Nobel Prize winners in Economics over the past decade have consistently supported the theme of emotional influence and irrational behavior in explaining some of the failures of economic prediction models and rational theories. But they can not see Bitcoin without applying their own rational logic and logic.

I'm not saying that BTC is a bubble that can burst. But I still think that Mr Robert Schiller can may be right in part. In the meantime, BTC can only become a currency exchange facility without other features like other currencies.  Huh

whether Robert Schiller is not aware, that this technology is growing in the future, scalability can be overcome with lightning network. the security level is also getting tightened, the miner function will also change in the future. I think robert has to participate in the future of bitcoin technology, because the upcoming is the digital economy.

I do not discard BTCbitcoinBTC. Some clever people entered into it and into other crypto-currencies. But this story goes far beyond the dignity of the idea itself. It's more of a psychological aspect, not something that the computer research department can explain

Bitcoin can be seen as a bubble and it can explode at any time. But, blockchain technology is different. It is a really useful technology for every aspect of our lives, and there is no reason why we should abandon it.
That guy might not see bitcoin from the technology perspective. Bitcoin is not only about investment tool but also a currency that's why it still exists.
I prefer to listen to the tech-savvy opinion regarding bitcoin rather than an economic expert. If they understand well about the concept of bitcoin and its usefulness in changing the future, surely they would not think that this is a bubble.

bad news greatly affects bitcoin, Schiller is not a person who understands the crypto world, he only gets a Nobel from the real market economy.

his opinion is just raw speculation that is illogical, based solely on the real economy, if bitcoin loses all big investors, then bitcoin will still be uptrend and survive because there are still many factors that support bitcoin always persist.

bitcoin will not disappear, because bitcoin is not a bubble.

I think he's wrong. Maybe he is a professional in the field of economics, but he does not know much about the cryptocurrency. For this reason such a false opinion could arise.

In my opinion, we have become accustomed to the negative speeches of many famous people with regard to BTC. That should not bother serious investors. He also mentioned that Bitcoin can continue to exist, but perhaps under another name. I personally do not believe in such attempts to collapse the market. BTC

In our present time, we all know that there are some people that against to Bitcoin and it's system that is why they are spreading negative news and articles about it. I know that for sure a true believer to this system never think negative things about it and the only things that keep to their mind that btc can make it's move to perform a much better specially in the near future so negative news that we can see and hear are nonsense as long as we know to ourselves what is the true about it.

Why most of the old dudes are saying this stuff to bitcoin without knowing anything from this crypto, they are always into traditional things bashing some innovative technologies and improvements because they are already comfortable and rich, I see that he is an economics professor but it doesn't really matter as long as you are not open to any innovation, potentials, and improvements, change are constant, the same thing with the bashers of the internet in the past.

The current market status which is a big decrease in market value is really affecting bitcoin and other cryptocurrency and this is may be due to some issues related to some countries that banning bitcoin.

I am more confident in bitcoin because bitcoin can provide the benefits that I can feel and help me greatly in making ends meet. And for the news you mentioned, I did not take it too seriously because it was nothing more than fake news.
