Interesting news. Will there be a fork?
There will be modernization which will involve rebasing from other advances in cryptonote, we will look at which things will affect how miners and users accept transactions and be more cautious towards those changes
ie. some things we need to do will be soft, other things may be hard
We will be in touch with the pool operator and also engage with the community here

To understand where BBR sits in relation to other Cryptonote coins, you will need to do some research and draw your own conclusions. Just don't pump other coins on this threads.

BCN (Bytecoin), DSH (Dash), XDN (Darknote)
Dash is not Cryptonote (it has another method of anonimization).

The mixup seems to be between these coins:

BTC-e is the only exchange who lists Xcoin/Darkcoin/DASH as DSH.... they confused things for people, just because they don't want a 4 letter ticket...
Then coinmarketcap confused it too.
coinmarketcap knows "DARK" (Darkcoin).
