Likely due to the fact that it's an installer file.  D/L the zip and scan those.  Nothing to see.  These files have been around for over a year and nobody has had any issues.

Why would you use an installer when you can just unzip the application files anyway?

Maybe virus total changed their routine recently. If you're so concerned about it just run it in a virtual machine, Windows or Linux.

i have always run this wallet, i have never problem Smiley, you are true @shojayxt and thanks for suggestion @jwinterm  Wink
I am reassured now  Smiley

Ofc the little transactions didn't drop the network, someone is attacking because they want to buy low and would have people convinced the network is bugged. They missed their chance. Only fools sell before 0.0006

i thought hey this looks fun, so popped on over to the website and downloaded the 64bit wallet,  virus total said 1 potential (which was the inbuilt miner) but noticed it hadnt been checked for 8 months, so uploaded it and got back different results this time.

https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/8f387bcfa82956ec5730a9d4848e1d4a4e17228b19a90a2dc8fb5abfe5dd8ab8/analysis/1454609717/

Make your own decisions.

I don't know where you got that file but it's not from any legitimate BBR links.  All of the legitimate BBR file links are fine.

hey i don't get prize for destroying BBR's net ? Cheesy

Why would anyone want to destroy BBR?

it was by mistake
maybe the amount and kind of TX cause the bug

 great discoveries happen by mistakes..

The hashrate ramped up significantly with the increase in market capitalization.  It's all worked out now. Just a minor burp.

If this was what you were talking about, it wouldn't be enough to disrupt the BBR network.

good
i can see new blocks now

what caused this network downtime ? bug with daemons ?
