Well, well, well!  It appears Cryptsy has pulled the plug on BCX.  Or more specifically, Ahmed Brody!  I really hate to see BCX go, but it's very clear Brody killed it!  Thanks very much for your kindness Ahmed, wonder how many people you were able to screw for the welfare of your pocket?

The hashrate is high since mining BCX is one of the most profitable sha coins around.

Ahmed

Who needs Cryptsy when you have Bittrex, Poloniex, Yobit and Ccex?
Cryptsy is a Dump exchange anyway. Better to trade elsewere. Why not open requests with the exchanges named
I listed in this post?

Cryptsy doesn't delist coins. Cryptsy has zero fees since September, 20.

Any BCX block explorer?
estimated altcoin inflation or total supply over the next 10 years?

the information is needed for http://alt19.com/19/cryptocurrency.php

thanks

OK, over 1100% share count -- I quit!

Code:
Estimated Shares this Round 4,575,147 (done: 1133.81%)
Next Network Block 431,858    (Current: 431,857)
Last Block Found 0          Time Since Last Block zero seconds

I don't even understand how you guys are coming up with those stacks of 50,000 coins!  Why should I consider contributing towards a new wallet when I can't even mine coins for the current wallet?  As I've amply demonstrated, that above identified "pool" is nothing but a pit to pour electricity into.  Two and a half days of ~900GH/s and nada coins, just forever accumulating shares!

The BCX BS appears to continue!
happens if you mine at someone else pools, your fault you get screwed.
solo mine or use p2pool.

Here is the pool I use for BCX mining http://ispace.co.uk/coindetails/?coin=bcx

Not sure what you're on about TrevorS. I stacked BCX mining at tompool mostly. Dunno if they still have a BCX pool setup though.

You can always buy some BCX at cryptsy and treat it as a POS only coin though, it pays a healthy interest rate.
What I'm on about is this above mentioned pool "http://bcx.thecoin.pw/" which doesn't work and I haven't been able to find any pool that does work for months!  CoinWarz regularly reports 140-170TH/s and the Diff has been maxed for some two months or more (started at the time Ahmed started fooling around with BCX for his "pool") and looks as though what's happening is someone is solo mining in high gear to corner all the POW coin production (50 coins/block) for the purpose of driving up the price.  And it's working -- congratulations Ahmed ("one of the most profitable sha coins around")! The situation appears anything but a healthy POW/POS coin, there's no competition.  This is near 100% control, not merely 51%, and the trader/investor risk from large dumps is huge!

In talks with a couple skilled devs to work on the neglected BCX wallet...need more guys to chip in please...even if it's not a lot. Good coin devs keep busy and deserve a little compensation for their time and skillsets.

Though the wallet was obviously well put together as evidenced by the fact that it still works properly after being neglected so long, the thing desperately needs coin control. Anyone else have any suggestions for improvements to the BCX wallet?

And who speaks for that pool?  There's no support link/email address I can spot on the pool site!

I see large share counts and respectable hash, but no blocks being found (no blocks EVER having been found.)  Who speaks for that pool?  What assurance is there that block detection is configured properly?  Is this just more BS?  Is that what BCX is any more -- BS?

EDIT:  Here are the 9:30pm BCX pool stats.  Anything look odd to you, or is it just me?
Code:
Pool Hash Rate 885.72 GH/s                Pool Efficiency 98.85%
Current Active Workers 2                  Current Difficulty 4,575,147.41
Next Difficulty (Estimated) 5,060,848.26 (Change in 8 Blocks)
Estimated Average Time per Round (Network) 1 minute 48 seconds
Estimated Average Time per Round (Pool) 6 hours 9 minutes 45 seconds

*** Estimated Shares this Round 4,575,147 (done: 811.74%)

Next Network Block 431,223    (Current: 431,222)

***Last Block Found 0                  Time Since Last Block zero seconds

No others?  BCX is having the shit mined out of it, what is the pool?  The whole thing is appearing bogus, manipulation?  Is there any sign of accountability, or just opportunism?

I am trying to get MMpool.org to merge mine Battlecoin like UNO
This was my response:

Battle Coin does not look like it can be merge mined. It would require this to be implemented by the coin developers.
