in my opinion there is no best coin for long term investment, because all coins are also good for long term investment ...
all you have to do is please select some coins to be a long term investment, because all coins if used as long term investment will benefit ...

I think buying only 1 coin isn't most sensible solution, better way would be to diversify for 10-20 coins or maybe buy some cryptocurrency index if available. But if choose the best, bitcoin and ethereum is most safe ( but not safe it's always risky investment)

In my own opinion, bitcoins will always be the best investment for long term because the market is volatile and you can always earn profit due to the demand coming from different people.

In my honest opinion people should go for any coin from the Top 50 list. I suppose that they are in because experts analyse them and think they are the best and safe option.

If you want to invest for your long term, you have two choice, its either Bitcoin or Ethereum because everyone knows that both coin have potential to grow its value in the future, so invest that coin.

bitcoin still the best coin for a long-term investing but the other coin can be a good option too. like ethereum which we know can increase so high. and if you have bitcoin in your wallet and you want to choose the other coin, you should have ethereum in your wallet too. in my opinion, after you have this two coin, you can choose at least 3-5 coin in your wallet so you have the 5-7 coin for a long-term investing. it is better to choose the top ten coin in the market cap but always remember that the position of the top ten can be change so you need to check the market.

In my opinion, you should hold 5 coins on the coinmarketcap market. Those are potential and stable coins, hard to lose if you hold them, but do not forget that try to buy them at the lowest possible price.

I would have put forward the name of Cardano, but right now there are some deficiencies with that coin. First of all, there is no lite-wallet available to store ADA. So we are forced to either store the coins in exchange wallets, or download the 10 GB wallet called Daedalus.

To me Investing on bitcoins in the long term which is the best ever long term investment until now and have less risk involved when comparing to altcoins.But in crypto currency investment every coin comes with great volatility swing and no one knows how long the crypto is going to be there so never investment more than you can afford to lose.since there is no price stability, it either decrease nor increase

Same for me, bitcoin is still the best bet for long term investing and this is already proven many times in the past.
