This is also one of my best ICO in month of july. They are one of the hype campaigns where you can see an active and lively telegram main channel and very great project, great whitepaper and good website.

   I managed to participate in several ICO, some I earned quite well, I can say with certainty, for a good project, it must have potential for the future, that it will be needed in five years. Unfortunately most projects do not have this potential. I was lucky and I came across a project focused on protecting against hacking quantum processors, and to maximize the use of all the advantages of new technologies, project Kelvin Blockchain, you need at least to consider, because not every day there is such a good option for investing money.
   Kelvin Blockchain project itself is flexible to implementing cryptographic algorithms which will make it one of the safest blockchains ever existed with 10+ signature available from the start. This project does not rely on any particular signature algorithm and due to the multi-client use - on some single consensus. In case of any problems, it is possible to quickly locate the threat and prevent it’s distribution throughout the system. Multiple blockchains with different consensus algorithms, token types, and assignments will be available. The multichain technology allows creating almost an unlimited potential for speed and productivity. Kelvin Blockchain can launch up to 2^64 subchains - more available subchains will benefit in increased speed and security. Moreover, all the blockchains will be processed in one wallet so that the client could have fast transactions, secure investments and cheap smart contracts as well as a lot of other services at his hand.

I can think of two ICO's to invest in july 2018.
1. TV-TWO- Targeting tv industry and advertisement, real use case of blockchain and could be easily conveyed to investors and publishers. More and more publishers can understood it easily and can gain from it. They already have a partnership with 20th century fox and deadpool 2 will be the first movie on tv-two platform. Must check them out, ending on 24th july 2018.
2. VANIG - They're targeting e-commerce with tracking of deliveries in built in there platform. It will benefit both buyers and sellers as fees will be much lower than amazon, ebay or any other giant. There ICO will start on 23rd july 2018.
3. PRIV - Privcy is new anonymous coin targeting the transactions being hidden and improve the privacy of the individuals. They're not doing any ICO, airdropping about 11M out of 21M tokens to the community through 20 airdrops, 5 airdrops already done and 15 still remaining. It's already listed on crex24.com and trading volume is good. Check them out here - www.privcy.io

But they have raised only 400k USD. Probably they will not have enough money to distribute some for bounty participants .

I prefer the ICO project which I am currently a follow, namely CGCX. ICO is very special and very nice token sales since working on the team had experience and never succeed. And current participants join very much and many accounts with big ratings.

Atonomi is far below ICO price. Is it reasonable to make a purchase? I think it makes sense to take IDEX stock and wait.

Everyone here will promote his ICO in signature campaign or another one. But we have to think about the future. Really these ICOs have future?

I've been watching You42 but have not yet invested.

It is long shot, I have few ICO's I am watching and they look like project might work but 2 years from now in crypto industry is considered as really long time.
Project might succeed but it doesn't guaranty blow of token value.
