I think that Bounty Campaign is good for promoting ICO, but I'm not sure with Signature Campaign. Because no one will be interested with just a few words on our signature. Let's compare with other, in other campaigns, they write many advantages in their coin. But in the signature, they just write Name coin, also only full member above which can put their link.
Signature campaign is helpful to spread the name for it to be familiar for the investors and contributors. From the name, you can get the idea why the project has been created. Signature is mostly used to promote the ICO because it is link directly on more info about the project and learn more about it.

best way would be the way people accept it. this can be a row of things. obtaining trust is one way,
i bet we will sooner or later also see violent icos, that enforce themselves on the people in a territory, trying to illegalise competitors. similar like bitlicense.
It depends on the product but I think ANN thread and bitcointalk are the best way to promote an ICO. I am not a fan of social media and most of the time, those ICO"s who were aggressive on social media will turn out to be a scam. For me, social media is not a professional way of promoting ICO.
