Some of the ways are promoted to participate in ICO are in the bitcoin talk signature compaign,social media like facebook,twitter,reddit compaign..
In my opinion, there should be a bonus campaign, thanks to the participants spread the ICO campaign in many forms, such as signature campaigns, facebook, twitter or translation.
I personally think that bounty is the best way to promote project. And I especially want to highlight signature bounty on bitcointalk.org. Below I listed reasons why I think so:
1. People on bitcointalk.org are from target group by 90%, which is very high
2. If bounty is fair, participants will share knowledge regarding project among their friends, which also are from target group
3. It is relatively cheap advertising channel
4. By giving tokens for active members of community project also expands and qualitatively improves its community

Bounty on BCT is the best way to promote. Each and every detail should be real and if any information is incorrect than next time they should be banned from this forum. This way we can see the real project and spread them through social media.
There are really so many ways to promote any kind of business but as long as it is legitimate for sure there will still many people would invest on that. For me the best way to promote something or Ico project is though social media for example facebook. Almost all of the people have now facebook it will be easy to send them a message.
Announcement of that kind of project mate is not enough to promote ico. As we can see that almost of new projects right now are doing bounty campaign because of that they want to promote their project in many ways. In many social media, in this forum and also those blogs and videos are so much helpful of promoting ico because its so easily seen by many investors.

The best way to promote an ICO is to make statements by the team and the founder. ALso by making advertisements not by random people but by the team itself
Ann thread and bounty are amazing way to promote an ICO, there should be more bounty campaign to attract more viewers. Signature campaign, blog campaign and social media campaigns play an important role in promoting an ICO. In a good bounty project, usually there are 4000 to 5000 individuals in social media campaign, 1500 to 2000 individuals in blog campaign (you have to promote your project in different websites to bring participants). Telegram campaign and air drop are added advantage. But keep in mind that you have list your bounty project on different ico ranking platforms, you have to hire a good bounty manager like @bountyportals/irfan_pak10 , btcltcdigger etc and your team should be active in answering questions of participants.
I think the best way is to buy crypto article in big news website or start Signature bounty. All who use this forum, invested or will invest in some ICO. So, try to get these people.

In my opinion, the best way to create a buzz around the project is to turn to the untwisted media channels (YouTube, Web sites, the Stimmit community ...)
Before promoting an ICO, you have to make sure that your ICO has been prepared well enough to attract potential investors. Why? Because I believe you don't want to spend a lot of money doing promotion but your ICO doesn't offer something valuable.

It seems to me that the bounty is a great opportunity to promote the project. Because it is beneficial for both parties. Some do not have money and they pay in debt, while others understand that people can repay the debt.
