Well, the best way to promote an ICO are starting into airdrop as advancement to advertising strategy giving a name to the viewers and followers next to bounty campaign, ann thread and most important is social media. Working together will make us the ICO more active and straight to its platforms.

- Ann threadin the forum
- Bounty Campaign
- List your ICO in ICO rating wabsites
- Youtube Videos
- Medium and Reddit
- Many new platform promoting ICO like Kickico.
I think ANN thread is enough as long as you provide fully clear explanation, start from the website, roadmap, whitepaper, team, information or documentation.

I don't think an ANN thread is enough, it won't get a lot of attention, they are however a good way to continue to promote an already known project and convince people they're worthwhile. Some form of paid advertising is probably best, think facebook and google ads etc.

I feel that the best way to promote an ICO is through several campaigns. Signature campaign in this forum to reach target audiences, social media to spread among the public and articles to boost SEO for your websites and bring awareness.
the best way to promote ICOs are hiring a youtuber from a popular youtube channel.in these days people use youtube for everything.and also organizing a giveaway for a limited people.people really like free money.so they gather around the ICO for the giveaway.also you can use a popular ICO website to list your ICO in it.and always make a partnership with a popular figure in social media to promote the product.
in the beginning an ann thread and a small airdrop, so that enough people here talking about your project (maybe for joining telegram). Be visible on the big ico rating sites, the small ones coming from alone. Have an active twitter account and an active mod on telegram.

All ico are not same . they have different project different plan .. Recently every ico included bounty program ..i don't know how much effective it is to rise big amount of money but it can make a hype in the market ..
