Does the bonus not work for 'live dealers'? When I read about the bonus it told me I could clear the wagering requirements by playing "any of our games".

Your account need to be unlocked. Please contact support and report to them your situation, they will solve it, don't worry.

Do you have 2 account? Do you use VPN? This is the main reason of a locked account.

That's weird because you are in their signature campaign, just afraid that you will face difficulty to withdraw your earning from the sign campaign. Could you share the email in which you be informed that your account get banned permanently?

that exactly the reason i am complaining now, my weekly payout will gone if my account get banned permanently, or even worst now i can't login error code said my account disable/removed sighhhh. really unclear .

Yes this is what exactly happened to me also lol. I also lost 10$ once. I withrawl and these went to pending and on second day I start playing with these and lost lol. I think they need to do one thing that if there withdrawal are menual they should do this that when some click on withdrawal money should go to pending, which people couldn't use for playing.

We are talking about poker freerolls that you can find on the tournament lobby. Just go to the poker game and click the tournament tab. You'll find some freerolls.

We are talking about poker freerolls that you can find on the tournament lobby. Just go to the poker game and click the tournament tab. You'll find some freerolls.

I think you know how they process the withdrawal, because you are so active in this thread.
So about you lost all your chips, it is your own fault IMO. But yeah, they should improve it. When players request a withdrawal, players should not be able to use the amount of the withdrawal. Let players play only with the remaining balance after the withdrawal request.

They are manually processing the withdrawal request. But you can request the support to process it for you. So it will be always delayed for the withdrawal except they happen to be online when you request the withdrawal. Sorry to hear your loss. But it is down to you. No one will be responsible for the loss.
