I think the $25 no deposit bonus was over already. even if it is still running, you wont be eligible to get it because it was only for new players and it was only valid for two hours after the announcement on games and round section.

Betting on red and black simultaneously is a great bet for you guys. There is zero chance of the player making a profit, and a ~3% chance of them losing. I would positively encourage players to make that kind of bet against me all day long.

I don't understand the variables. What is meta.gameOdds? What does odds of 0.5 represent? Is that a 50% chance of winning? So any bet with more than a 50% chance of winning doesn't count in full towards the wagering requirement? What is meta.gameOdds for blackjack? Does it depend on what cards were dealt? I'm guessing the players win less than 50% of blackjack hands, the > 0.5 condition doesn't trigger. I don't see an 'else' - what happens for games with gameOdds <= 0.5?
I think you need to make it clear that players may need to wager much more than 888x the bonus amount, depending on how they bet. Currently your bonus terms are misleading, saying that you "only" need to wager 888x.
If they were betting their own money (and not trying to clear a rollover) then of course that roulette bet would be great for us.
As for the code:
If game odds are 0.6, then the rollover amount is 80%. If game odds are 80%, then rollover amount is 40%.
This particular set of rules is to protect us from people attempting to 'cheat the system' to unlock the rollover.

For example - user gets a 'big win' and then bets on lower odds to clear his bonus. That user is thereby disqualified.
And can you explain the "automatic adjustment"? Are you saying that some 1 BTC bets don't count as 1 BTC wagered for the wagering requirements? I saw nothing about that when reading about the bonuses.

This is not something we do currently, but as other casinos have adopted this tactic we will be adding this feature in. Even if you contact them through support or even live chat in the site, it will still needed some time before they responded to you and solve your issue. Thats another downside in playing in betcoin, their poor support. Mostly the issue with this locked account is the user had two accounts on the site which is violating their TOS

Yep I was having this issue, I talked with betcoin and he said It was a temporary Issue, and Its Fine now. you can check it, and if you are still facing that issue report it again. I have no issue Now.

Thanks for the recent bonus worth as 0.0025btc and luckily I have just completed the wager requirement and unlock the bonus after playing about an hour with your reels game. It is an awesome game, although I have got so bad losing streaks but I got some luck after that

Yea i just saw too the virtual sport tennis. 
its pretty amazing actually. With very good graphic.
But im not sure how its work.. i dont think its real player stats.. but every time i visit virtual sport.. there always a live match to watch..

Virtual match is a match played virtually where you can put some bets based on the statistics of either team. Nothing to compare about real match and is normal that every time that you log in betcointm you find virtual game, because they aren't real
