Just received an email informs me that my account is unlocked, thanks for the fast response (few hours after chat with the support).
And just realized that the prize pool of the weekly freeroll is reduced to 200mbtc. Could you offer monthly freeroll with bigger prize, and give some requirement to join, something like need to be at level X or need to have xx hands on ring games (to reduce the amount of multi accounts who try to abuse the freeroll)

Damn, my account get banned again? I did not play on the poker game for the last 3days, but now I cant access the poker game. My last game was on the massive weekly freeroll on 16th.
It gives me error about restricted VPN. In fact I did not use any VPN..

It is not that no one wants to play the tournament but everyone here share a different timezone so it is hard to get people playing at the same time especially when it is not weekend. The other reason will be that some people doesnt want to risk their money by paying the buy in for the tournament

jadecoin is like a no deposit bonus but with only 1x wagering requirement so if you bet 0.01 jadecoin and you win on 2x payout you will recieve 0.01btc in account

I understand the point of the bonus, but it's annoying to lose more than half of the bonus due to a bug in a game rather than to bad luck or bad play.


It would be useful to have a definition for this "unambiguously designed to unlock the bonus" criterion. Everyone who plays wants to unlock the bonus, on some level. Your criterion could be reworded as "if they are trying to unlock it we will cancel it" without changing its meaning much. As it stands, very few people will ever unlock any bonus, and when they do you would have no problem claiming they were playing in a way that was designed to unlock it, and so they can't have it. That isn't fair.


That sounds dangerous. People will try to exploit any +EV bonus you offer.

I'm happy to give you a bug bounty - but you're missing the point of the bonus, I think.

You CAN win the bonus (and people have) with a large amount of patience and luck. It is a no risk bonus with a huge amounts to allow players (especially those coming from the fiat world) to experiment with a new system and to check our provably fair games to learn more.

Since Bitcoin in Casinos is becoming more popular, the need for this bonus is diminishing - we are coming up with a bonus that is more along the lines of "$25 with a 60x Rollover" as an example. Don't hold me to that because I'm just throwing numbers out - the real stats are as of yet undecided.

Regarding your earlier question about the rules - it's not 'against the rules' to bet on the Live Dealers platform. You just literally cannot do it. It won't work. Betting in a manner that is unambiguously designed to unlock the bonus is against the rules in almost every casino... We're not doing anything new there.

We are changing our Deposit Bonus and adding a risk version. In other words, one in which you bet your deposited amount first, but has a positive EV for players.

Edit: forget that. I don't need it refunded. There is no way I have the patience to play 888 times through 15 BTC when the max bet is 1 BTC. That means making 12000 max bets or something. I'm 0.35% of the way through and am already tired of it.
