What’s the currency that still pending on your balance here? There’s a possibility that they are waiting for market correction until they repay all the existing balance on different currencies since the crypto price grow significantly since they exit scam last year.

They will pay less and pocket some profit if they will take advantage on the current market price and delay your payment once your balance is much lesser in fiat value. I will not be surprised if they come clean again later once the market correct. Or worst they already converted all the crypto holdings they have in Fiat earlier that makes they current holdings not sufficient to cover the current crypto value due to pump.

Well, realistically they do not need to log on their account in order for them to read the comments we are leaving here, so reading all these comments is not the reason for them to log on again, there must be another explanation.
By the way, I agree with you. They were not supposed to mark this topic as solved as long as they did not send some proof of them paying back to all their gamblers. I don't even know or understand what were the filters used by Betnomi to accept or reject refunds from their users, since they have been people here who have received money from them, but still they seem to be a minority among hundreds of gamblers who got defrauded.

All of this could have been a very transparent process if they revealed a list of users which they intended to refund in a spread sheet, and then they started to attach the transaction hashes to the spread sheets, so anyone could verify they actually sent the money. I don't know, all of this ended up being more shady than was supposed to be. Sad

Did you get any answer for your refund request? I sent them various mails but nothing happend yet. That's disappointing since Betnomi told they would solve any requests. Surely I know that Betnomi isn't willing to refund ALL balances but with their recent statements there was a little hope.

So those things or comments above are that continuing to bump up this thread on which this clearly shows that they didnt resolved everything.
Somehow we dont know whether those things or mentions above about being not paid or getting their refund even up to now to be real or fake but basing up with those
words from others is that they do clearly have still some unresolved issues specially into those amounts which are less are getting paid and the bigger ones are still pending.
Ann thread shouldnt be showing SOLVED word if its not been still cleared up.

Yeah, Betnomi just pay some people small money who are active in the forum. There is at least 200.000$ that they scammed from users here and they just write that these users have cheated or frauded.
Betnomi is a big scam project, the owner has the IQ of a fish, he thinks he can just open a new website basebet.io and scma people again.

Sadly you’re right, As the amount already disclosed here from the paid participants it shows that they only paid small balance from users that is active on this thread while leave all the huge balance.

They are also using the reason that some users funds is seize due to violation of the ToS which is probably an excuse to getaway. They become silent again after crypto pump hard and I will not be surprised if they come back again once the crypto market dump and pay all the refund in crypto with less fiat value while they take profit from the crypto market price pump.

Yes, not everyone is happy with how they concluded that everything is solved when it is not to be. Also, as you are saying that Betnomi is better than another casino they just did not scam exit but remember that they had to solve gamblers problem or at least give an impression that they are solving because sometime back they announced that they will start a new project named "Basebet"

Without solving the issues of the previous project, the Betnomi team could have faced serious set back n their new project. Although not solve the issues for those who invested big in Betnomi, may still get them a difficult time for them to establish and bring the audience for their new project.

Can you provide out some screenshots that do shows about these withdrawals? If they would really be just that simply paying up those small amounts rather than on bigger ones then this issue

It is really that had to clear this up if there are really still people who are really that keeps on complaining about their locked up funds on which it is sad. Yes, they had paid up those small amounts
but they should be doing with also with bigger funds on which it isnt really that ethical on doing so in the first place. They should pay into those amounts which need to be paid up.

Betnomi refund is a joke. They only pay low amounts like 100$. If people win decent amount, their account got banned and the funds is confiscated.
