My advice to Rashford holder- Sell Sell Sell
My advice is always to not make rash decisions. For instance I am planing on free hitting GW32 so I don't have a problem in that GW. Not counting GW31, it means united will play 5 games until I need him again, plenty of time to get better. Twice against Sevilla and domestic cup. One week on the bench for me and hopefully he is 100% ready in GW34 when United has 2 fixtures and I want Rashford in first 11.

Rashford being on my bench would not gave any significant impact because, I got him in for around 6.6-6.8m I can't remember exact figure, but the only reason that'd make me get rid of him would be if I need to have 3 Man Utd, but I don't for now, so I would instead have him on the bench.

Too bad I was already thinking of adding Martial to the list and I know Martial - Rashford  partnership would always yield significant result but I can for who exactly, I'll just wait before jumping on Martial or Gabriel Jesus bandwagon.

Thanks man! 1-2 GWs is fine with me as well; perhaps both of them will return after the cup game.
Seems Rashford injury is not serius, there is even talk he will be on bench against Sevilla but probably not used. Meaning should be back for GW 34 when I really need him. Similar for Shaw but maybe we get more info today on press conference.

Another uncertain return? I understand that this player is one of their most precious assets, but the better you handle him, the longer he will remain healthy for the club. ETH should give this guy a break. Well, the manager mentioned he wouldn't be available for the Sevilla match, and he might not be available for 2–3 GW. The muscle injury doesn't look good, but Shaw's injury doesn't seem serious, so he should return sooner.

And degea as well, he's been averaging over 6 points per game this season, I'm disappointed I don't own him yet, I'm stuck with Raya and Ward, my last -4 to get Kepa didn't pan out, so GK isn't my priority right now, I may stick with both of them until the end of the season, although I still have plans to get Degea. Brighton assets are the most consistent assets this season, and that their place on the team is secure. I don't yet own McAlister because I already own March, Mitoma, and Estupinan but Im thinking about it.
Cmonn man you can't just write shit like that, I was sure those GK stats are way off so checked it a bit. Raya you are stuck with scored 128 points and De Gea scored 118. Granted De Gea played one game less but Raya still has better average per game and that number for De Gea isn't 6, it is almost exactly 4.

Man Raya got me a 0 pointer  Grin and cost me a position in the league last GW, so maybe I'm still mad at him, but he's only been on my team for two GWs ( I didn't say he was shit though), one good and one bad with nothing. Man I badly need to sort out my midfield options for the upcoming GW32.  I just double-checked Degea's stats, and you're correct, still wish I had him in the last 4 GW though.  Cool

Any news on Rashford and Shaw? this is mess.
Nothing yet from my end about those two, but I'm fine with having them on bench for one or two game weeks, I have players that could come of the bench for them, because there is no alternative in the Man United squad that I'd rather have over those two.

Right now, in the league, I find it impossible to name 5 players who are super consistent. Rashford in the form of his life, but he blanked 2 games ago. Saka's probably the only one who's been for the season spending 80% of his game time playing well, but he doesn't score FPL points so regularly.
Trippier and Kane are super consistent whole season. Now you can add all three Brighton midfielders to the mix and pick your favorite among Mitoma, Mac Alister and March. Happy to have them all except Mac Alister in my team.

I sometimes wish FPL have 6-3-1 as a part of the possible formations to pick.

I put my beliefs in last two rounds in West Ham, somehow thought they will rise above relegation fight, but obviously wrong
as with many other predictions, since my teams are fighting for relegation, I am too invested in following all other clubs in that region, thinking they are better than they are, and mistakes are just coming one after another

but there is still time to finish it off in nice fashion, especially if both my teams survive tough seasons

Sometimes I think of teams like West Ham with old lenses. I think I make the same mistake with Leeds. You have some standout players, and they get into the mix every now and then, but not enough to pull the entire team up.

Haaland? He's like Bitcoin. Can make huge contributions and break records, but will cost you many games and budget gaining no points.

Points-wise, I'm a bit blind in this regard, I feel. It's really not enough to watch games and get the feel for players, you *have* to consider points contribution. That's a whole new aspect I'm still learning about for FPL Smiley

No one did shittier than me, and I'm rage-matching by keeping my entire team and just switching from the bench. If we don't smash Leeds next game, then I'm rage-transferring after this GW. Does prove that you can't really leave a team alone though -- 22 points for me as a punishment for not doing a single transfer. Super ouch.

At this point, I prefer Nunez to blank the entire rest of season so he can come back and Haaland next... Guy can dream can't he?

I don't even want to comment on anything... another shitty week for me  Lips sealed

I don't think I can complain about the week given what you all have had to say, but the most point hit I've taken so far this week was Jack Grealish for for Solly March ended with 8 points and Grealish had 12, so technically it's the same thing right ?, but then that was me wanting to have Grealish on my team to begin with, so I could also say I got him for free, lol.
That is a solid transfer, i wanted Grealish in my squad as well but did not have a place for him. I also wanted Mitoma/March, Fernadez/Rashford and Saka so decided to keep my current midfield and then made the blunder with benching and decided to put March on bench.

If Rashford is out for more than two weeks, he goes out for Grealish.

I might let Rashford go as early as next game week, I like the fact that he's been somewhat consistent all season long, but there are way too many viable options for him right now that cannot be overlooked right I mean look at watkins, Jesus and the newly back in action Anthony Martial, I'm sure if he stays fit, l bet he will get more playing time than werghoust down the stretch,

That's practically why I've been mute on the thread thus far. Had weeks when I didn't work on team and have almost half of it not featuring in any game while I watch the rest of y'all having a great time. Information is truly power and the FPL leaves no room for laxity and the uninformed. I've been paying more attention lately but, I just took Erling Haaland off my team due to him missing Manchester City's last game and then he scored me zero points as he was on my team. Now, i saw him off ny teams as i still didn't see him looking fit enough play and didnt come by any news of him being fit to play then, he comes in and scores 2 goals. FPL really shits you good for real!

I'm so glad i used my free transfer to switch Toney with Haaland. I was not sure how many minutes Pep would give him or if he would even start. On the other hand, Southampton's xGC in the last few matches was too high to ignore, so i've made the move. Luck definitely played a role, Toney rarely, if ever, misses a pen. I'm not sure i've ever seen him miss one, and he had a goal ruled out before that...crazy swing.

Rashford's injury seems bad though, groin strains can be tricky! I wouldn't be surprised if he goes to miss an extended period of time, like a month or something.
United is doing big problems to my team. First I had to bench Shaw do to injury today and it would have been great addition to my defense, now this thing with Rashford....

I pulled the trigger on Haaland which worked well but I also pulled trigger on Ake. They just had to concede that goal before he was subbed. By the way did you guys see second goal from Haaland? Not many people out there that can finish like that  Cool

I'm in the same boat; after selling Salah and bringing in Rashford, the results weren't good at all. I'd blame the coach for that injury; you can't play a player in 3 games in the span of just 6 days; he needed time off to fully recover from his previous injury. It seems really horrible that he will be absent for a while and then might return after blank week Gw 32.

The Halaand haul ruind my game plan. Mitoma was excellent today as well, but he was robbed of a goal and an assist. It was worthwhile to switch Toney for Halaand at the last minute, but my decision for captain (Watkins) wasn't as good.

Yeah, it's always a bit of a gamble when making transfers, but it sounds like you made the right decision. Toney is usually so reliable from the spot, but I guess anything can happen in football. How do you think Haaland will perform in the upcoming matches?

Yeah, I saw that. Groin strains can be really tricky, so he might need some time to recover. Hopefully, it won't be too serious and he'll be back on the pitch soon.

I think the upcoming periods will be more exciting for the fantasy game. I'm also considering adding Haaland to my team, but I have a problem with my overall team budget. I will make a big plan this time. Cheesy
