I never knew about this since I was using a local one, Now i am exploring more and coming with new options. So in order to have more clarification its better to get the right thing at first go itself.

Well seems there is no slot for new participant until now, even though the manager said there will be in future.

oh. then what was the rates per post that time? if after decreasing they are paying that good amount then that time their rates were so good, I guess.

I'm sure Marco will announce if he ends up doing this ever. As you can tell it is full of very happy participant's as it's a great campaign and many like I have been in it a long time. So not a lot of turn-over of people leaving as it is just a great campaign.

Marco is not cheating paying "dead souls". It may seem slow in thread but it's actually just that those in campaign don't have a big reason to post in thread a lot. So there are a lot of active members posting we just don't see them in thread.

Bit-X now Coinsbank is in my eye's best campaign out there. That is why there are so many requests to join, but there are only so many spot's. As far as campaign it is still considered right from first page:
