Their sportsbet support said something similar, and I replied to them asking for the papers. It seems they are multi accounting as they replied in this thread instead of where I actually said it was fair use, and I too asked them to provide proof of copyright and trademark so then I could comply with their wishes. Even though my transformative work is artistic and applies under fair use, which they seem to deny.

The use of our imagery is neither fair nor fair use, we have our logos trademarked. This is a conflict between you and jeremypwr and as you're not part of the signature campaign anymore your permission to use our logo and signature has been revoked.

It's not blackmailing when you tell someone you'll open a scam accusation. If there's no reason for that accusation, there shouldn't be anything to fear. Right?

Jeremypwr on the other hand is clearly blackmailing by threatening to not pay what was agreed on if something (which is even unrelated to the payment) is not done in time.

You're right about the extortion, but I wasn't in the campaign for 2 months just one week before this guy failed miserably and dragged all the companies he's associated with through the mud, permanently damaging their reputation.

Doubt all the campaign progress in the world can undo what was done in just an hour by this guy

Our old thread was getting a little noisy.

I think I have to state some thoughts at this point:

I've contacted Bitcasino a while ago with the request of sending me over the licensing contracts which they claim to be in possession of.

The answers were clear enough to know that Bitcasino isn't licensed anywhere except with a nonsense "seal status".

They said that they won't hand out any licenses because it's an "unusual practice".
And around three or four times they reminded me of looking up the seals status (with link) at Curaçao eGaming which guided me to an INVALID seals status.

After mentioning that and once again requesting the license the answer was something like "we won't reply to you anymore because if you are worried about our licensing you can ask Curaçao eGaming.


My interpretation: No governal licensed casino would treat their customers in such an obscure manner.


The only answer I got was that they're operated by Luckbox Ent and owned by mBetSolutions which is just another way to sound professional.
First of all I need to highlight the fact that this information has nothing to do with the licensing issue.
Secondly we've got no information about Luckbox Ent.

If this useless information should answer the claimed licensing by the government of Curaçao:

What Ent. stands for?

Where is this company located and where is the license for this operator of Bitcasino.io?


I think that's enough to know that the license seal status is representing (if valid)  a business license and in no way a legal license to run this casino.
