Hi there Ridley69. Unfortunately due to compliance issues with Visa and Wavecrest. All WaveCrest accounts were suspended. As a result we where forced to suspend all card services. However, We are looking to be the first to implement a solution as we are going to launch new banking services that supports the use of Crypto's; starting in the UK, followed by launches in Europe, Asia, South and North America. If anyone needs a card that works for non EU residents, it's a wagecan.
Funding account balance is really slow and sometimes it can take a week or two for them to convert the btc to $$$, but at least it works =)

Stay away from wirex is the worst service i have seen on the internet they stole your btc
I feel very lucky for not being a wirex dc user. i'll stay away for now or maybe forever...
What information do you need in order to process the request? Would the ticket ID do?

Isn't it wirex now? URL in op's signature seems to be dead. I'm looking for a card myself but have heard a couple of bad things about wirex so not sure which one to go for. Anyone have a link to a comparison of all the available cards?
It is called Wirex now indeed. There is a thread where there is a comparison[1] but the last update was on May and It doesn't contain all services and another topic[2] where all bitcoin debit cards are listed but the fees and pricing is not available so you will have to visit the sites and check by yourself.

If they are still working with the same banks as before then the Visa card could be linked as I already did it at some point and then removed it. I think you may want to find another alternative though, the fees on Wirexapp are no longer competitive with other services, Its the highest.

Now I only have a virtual wirex card and it's ok. Don't want to order a plastic one for now.
A virtual one. But have you had any issues the above members have mentioned they have been having in the past few recent transactions they have not been handled so far?I am undecided to get one of these and with all these accusations I am still not convinced to get one at all now.
