To hear all these problems arising with Ecoin's service now is very concerning.
I was about to get a card with them but knew better than to wait until a couple of months later to see what arises.

And so glad I didn't. Undecided

Hi Wirex, i have some bitcoin in my wallet, but when I used the blockchain taint analysis, they were 24% tainted.
I have coins in another wallet that are up to 100% tainted. Is it safe to exchange these on Wirex?

They have decreased the fee, now it is 6.32%
Fees as on 2017-04-19

Thanks for keeping this list updated. It's really interesting to see how the most well known bitcoin debit card service rips customers off by essentially hiding fees in their BTC/FIAT rates.

Hello again. This month Wirex have just launched a new version of the platform: Wirexapp v2.0. Also, we launched the first revisions, Wirexapp v2.1, where most of the general issues have being addressed and corrected (including the heavily mentioned Wirex Bitcoin Rate Undecided ). You can check all about it here:
https://wirexapp.com/blog/wirex-v2-1-released-today/

Please, feel free to make your own review. We are always doing our best to keep up to date, and we are good listeners.

Thanks for info. Do you still have country restrictions?

Thanks for the fee layout, i can see from this list that a couple of the bitcoin debit card providers are defiantly taking advantage of their customers.

What's people's opinions of the Coinsbank (Bit-X) card fees? Has any of their fees changed since changing to Coinsbank?

I withdrew from PayPal to my verified e-coin card and withdrawal was completed on the 15th and 16th of April.

I have been waiting ever since for it to reflect on my ecoin card but nothing yet.

I contacted e-coin support but got auto response with an article concerning PayPal. I contacted PayPal like the article suggested and they confirmed that the money have deposited to my the bank.

Where is my money  ecoin?

I have been patient enough with all your glitches so far, now it's getting unbearable.
Some time these withdrawals take too much time because few weeks ago I have same issue and this take nearly 10 to 14 days hope this will solve for you in next 4 or 5 working days because they are not counting these holidays in this issue

I hope they solve this issue because it seem to be taking alot of time and i'm running out of patience

I stoped using e-coin as they just rippin of people.

Worts is all this is hidden. Front page showing nice exchange and once u load btc than bam. Money swallowed.

Stay away from them. My suggestion.

I mentioned this few months ago. Only thing they respond on this matter is that this is because "There are 2 exchange rates, one for buying and one for selling. On wirex what you see is what you get. There are no fees."

Blabla...load of bullshit and some more blabla. Anyone who buys this idiotic generic responses deserves to get ripped off. I stopped using their service all together because of the worst exchange rate on the whole market and terrible approach to their customers.

I refuse to use the service that treats their customers like idiots by constantly denying when it's clear their fee is high as fuck.

Just the fees are too high:

please, see the response in the other thread (or avoid posting the same comments over multiple threads)
You have just increased the rate to 7%, that's your response?

read the response in a different thread (or avoid posting the same comments over multiple threads)

That's what Japanese smart money has taught you? If you have a problem start creating a bureaucracy? Please lower the fee to a decent level as 7% is a ripoff
