My card paid 1$ for the maintenance fee, is this will happen every month?

every month when you use the card. in the moths where no transactions are made, there is no fee (no sms notifications)

My Card still take a fee for maintenance even though I didn't do any transactions???

What is the deal with all these BTC debit cards coming out>  Are they real or some sort of scam?  I just received three different emails today asking me to get this BTC debit card.  These three emails were from three different companies, one for each one of my wallets.  I am not sure what this is going on with this, I just do not want to be scammed any more.

Well these could be spam, but do your own research and see which one fits you, and more important check if they ships to your country, some have some extra/hidden fees some doesn't but these debit cards are real and most of them works.

i wondering what different between xapo,e-coin and coinbase debit card?is all of them have overplus?
and i'm still check and get some information all of them, and the best maybe can used by me,and glad to be know that there was 3 debit card that i know.

Well i know the differences between them, firstly xapo has their debit card which when you spend your bitcoin it takes that moment conversation rate, with e-coin you should first convert bitcoin to fiat money at their website and then spend, and about coinbase i have not much information as it is a new product nowadays.

Can anyone give a review about the sucessful arrival of e-coin cards? I read a lot of bad reports of Advcash and Cryptopay cards that never arrive.
The issuing bank is the same as far as i know.

it depends on the postal service rather than e-coin or even the card issuing bank. In most cases, local postal service - it's the "last mile" that matters most. Cards are sent via Royal Mail (air), but then it all depends on how reliable and quick the postman is at the destination country.

If you have any concerns about reliability and speed of postal service in your area, we would recommend using expedited delivery via DHL, which comes with a tracking number and is guaranteed.

Or you can get a virtual card which you instantly get via e-mail

What is the cheapest bitcoin debit card?

It depends of what you mean, costs of shipping or card usage fees... But anyway, you should try to find an answer or repeat your question in this thread: List of bitcoin debit cards.

I checked the thread:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.12935102

But's there is no comparison or trust overview per provider. This makes it hard to select the right card. Can you recommend any one?

Personally, I use Xapo, they use the same card issuer as E-coin. The main difference between them, that Xapo converts BTC to fiat money during purchase (on the fly) and with E-Coin you have to do it manually (that gives you opportunity to control/lock the exact converting price).
What is your country and in which currency you would like to have a card?
I also use the XAPO card, the card is the same looking (no difference, except the name Smiley ) and yes, it converts on the fly when you use it. As I have read it somewhere (maybe in the official XAPO thread) they include the card issuer bank's fees in the exchange rate at the end. So I think there's no free lunch at the end...

Does this card accept applications from Canada or USA?

E-Coin can ship the debit card to the Canada, but can't issue nor ship it to users who reside in the USA. The full list of countries can be found here: https://help.e-coin.io/hc/en-us/articles/202424481-E-card-is-shipped-to-the-following-countries-at-this-moment.
