a) I am not the same person as you are referring to. I do not talk in the same way, yet he has a valid point.
b) That is not the point. Exchanges don't claim to have no fees while still charging fees, which you are doing, yet there are exchanges not charging fees though (okcoin, uphold,...). Most companies do not charge both a spread and a fee, and are transparent about it, which again you are not.
The rate you show on the mainpage is the only purely informative one, since you can not do anything with it apart from looking at it.
To run an honest service you shoud be transparent (no fees, no hidden costs=no spread, otherwise you should mention the spread).

To use this service it costs you 2-3% in spread, which should be the way you advertise.

I am sorry the service is still unavailable. The bank did not send the settlement on Monday, and the FIAT has finished during the weekend - that's the card load is not working at the moment (to my acknowledge EUR and USD are affected, not sure about GBR). We hope the bank manages to correct this later today, and the issue with card loads would be fixed.

This is how using curacy exchange works. And your traction is to TRADE BTC for EUR. Most places offering this say it can take up to 48 hours to do the traction, particularly at peek times if any step is manual at all.

I have this happen all the time with an FX Broker I use BTC with. Between the time I do the transfer and receive the credit in both direction (in or out) the price of BTC changes. Some times it is against me and other times in my favor.

While you may feel scamed, you actually want it to work this way. Because if they do PRICE fix they eat the loss, or receive the gain. If they eat to many losses in the interest of customer service they go broke and fail. Where if they always give you SPOT at time of completed transaction all is sound.


As for "..already contacted one of my lawyers and his opinion is that its some weird type of financial scam." Is this "lawyer" experienced in BTC and conversion of curacy?
   


ou can prove their service & customer service are really bad. But, that's not enough to prove they are scammer.

You hire a lawyer & he really knows about "exchange rate" scam tricks, but is he know about bitcoin very well?

We had to stop payments via PayPal due to increased number of chargebacks initiated by some customers (either on purpose, or by confusion). Currently it is only possible to order cards paying with Bitcoins. We are working on other payment methods, however they are not launched yet.

Can you answer my question please. Why i cant pay with paypal, i want to try the card. Thanks

We are still waiting for the bank to fix some integration issues with PaySafeCard they have. Once it is available, I will post it here.

Ok i wanted to purchase one of this cards, but then i was confused from the misleading BTC price on the page and when i loged in there was another price 10~15$ less for the exchange and yet they say no hidden fees. I mean wtf guys you should write that there.
EDIT: Also you can not purchase with paypal and there are 4 options for paying but only BTC works and the other are grayed out.
