Keep holding and buying more is the best solutions at the moment 
. I don't think anyone should cut their loss cause it's too late. If I got any free money, I would buy as much as BTC and ETH as I can at this time. It's really difficult to see BTC and ETH low like this so I don't think we will have anymore good chance like this in the future.

It is a hard decision , We don't know really but seems market is falling , I think BCH's fork is one of its reason , I'm waiting for the new baby born to see if miners go through it or leave that fork to die , seems it had some affectons on bitcoin .
Well,I advise bitcoin holders to hold because bitcoin might gain momentum very quick.in other words ,people are expecting bakkt being a financial platform funded by Intercontinental exchange to lunch on December 12,2018.
The question is,how would the panic sellers feel if the price of btc skyrocket?I could remember last year so many people that sold when the price of btc failed to $3000 regreted selling ,and the worst part is,they were not able to buy it at the price they sold.They were waiting for the price to come down ,but the price keeps on going up exponentially.
From the research I made,I find out that bitcoin hash power will be used to mine bitcoin cash block,and after that bitcoin will move upward .
To be clear,whenever the price of bitcoin go down aggressively ,I buy bitcoin and the same time I use moderate leverage.So,if bitcoin goes down to $5600 dont sell ,rather hold it or buy more.I said this because bitcoin can hit $6400 or more in weeks.The problem is ,some traders are impatient to the extent they don't know bitcoin has already bottomed due to long term correction.

I don't know really how low it could go, is it possible to hit $1,000 yes possible but not likely although if it keeps going down I think many people will sell.

It will be wise to hodl, selling now means you are selling your asset at loss, bitcoin and alts price will bounce back, this is manipulation, some whales are out there looking for small fish to dump on them before they later pump it be wise and hodl.
that's a good thing. This decline is not something new for me, and I have been holding back coins since 2017. So, I think, I will hold it longer until the price returns. I'm sure that will happen.
it has both possibilities to either drop or go high. This is very critical point about future months,if it down more it has possibilities to trade belove 5000$. But i think at has possibility to go high also. panic will be made wrong decisions. Let's see patiently.
Of course continue to keep, that drop doesn't look long-term. Either it was a clever manipulation that big players bought at a cheap price. Do not go on about, nothing to sell, soon the price will come back.
The price of Bitcoin has been dump very badly. I can not imagine that it will be a fast dump. But that has happened. Now we should be patient and wait for the Bitcoin price increase.

There has never been a time that Bitcoin has not recovered, i'm hoping that with all the cool projects making Bitcoin usable as an actual currency the price will recover. Pinning my hopes on Plutus project, card launches in Q1 2019 that lets you spend in crypto anywhere that Visa/Mastercard is accepted. Bring on mass adoption.
I think this is a last days btc and altcoins dump. Nw comming endof this year with new cycle. Strongly hold your btc to reach 10000$ or more.

The price of BTC has dropped a bit too fast. It's too sudden. At present, it is influenced by BCH bifurcation. The market is not stable yet. I think we can hold it first. Wait until the market is stable and make decisions.
