Actually its better invest in both.
Even if the bitcoin price was so high its still be a better choice to invest with it so that you could have a huge profit the future.
But it also good if you choose an altcoin that you are trusting to invest with.
Its much better if you have a variety of investment,
Dont just focus on one coin.
Because if ever the bitcoin fall down you still have a back up altcoin that will bring you a profit and vice versa.

And what predictions that bitcoin will survive in this storm. So the choice here is not easy, but I would trust the alts, it's still very promising and I do not need to spend much on investments, but if it shoots, it's no worse than bitcoin.

I started the journey by holding only bitcoin and then slowly diversified into other altcoins. Some them did well while others have not. I would suggest people to diversify into strong altcoins and also have a good chunk of bitcoin too. You never know when things will go south. So stay diversified. Never be greedy and have a peace of mind.

Nothing can be compare to level of bitcoin as its value is still be the best amongs cryptos. But i never under estimate the altcoins they have a good potentials profits also as its value continuesly increases, makes many investors are willing to invest in trading because they knew it it was good exchanger as of this time.

I like both bitcoin and altcoins because they are both profitable, and I also do not put my investment in one basket
so I will have to choose different altcoins aside from my bitcoin to minimize the risk because crypto is a high risk investment.

Its depend on what altcoin that you put your money. The fundamentals of coin is very important although its not give you guarantee that you will npt lose you money but the coin which has good fundentals will automatically attracts more investors. For me bitcoin is still the best.

I will choose both as an investment because I think that not always one of the bitcoin and altcoin can be profitable. By investing in bitcoin and altcoin then we can get comfort, when one coin does not show a good prospect then we can choose one another. Yes, in time some altcoins will grow high like bitcoin and some will fail too, but what you need to remember is bitcoin price didn't grow over night. it took years before reaching where it is today. Therefore, if you are willing to invest your money and waited for long then altcoins are the best option.

I prefer altcoin because altcoin prices tend to be more stable to be stored or sold while bitcoin is too fluctuating so sometimes bitcoin prices may decrease dramatically or vice versa.

LOL mate, I hope you made the correction decision shifting to alts. Have you heard of a pump-and-dump scheme? Although there's really a handful of alts that is really good technology wise, but most of them are just for pump-and-dump scheme and it will be very unfortunate once you are trapped and didn't get out it time.

I can't blame you for moving to alts because I'm sure you go tired of all this scalability problems that have been plaguing us for years now, high tx fees and slow confirmations. But Lightning Network could be the long solution that we are all been waiting for. We just have to put or trust on it once it gets implemented sooner that we think.
