Although I know that there were few altcoin addresses given out for donations to Ukraine but the one for bitcoin has caused its price to rise. If I have to choose between bitcoin and altcoins at this time I will go for bitcoin.

That's why they lose. Eth and bnb can be a perfect example for a coins with good use case but there are also top coins which have the same purpose like them but I wonder why people still prefer eth and bnb? though yeah we cant disregard btc, this should be the base of our portfolio.

Top coins can perform better even at a short period of time because they are already known and many investors won't doubt investing on them but for a non top coin, their growth is slower at first because people won't put a trust on them easily but they can show their true form in the long run. That what makes them better for a long term investment compare to the top coins.

BNB is not foreign to us because it came from binance and we all know that binance is the leading crypto exchange now but that alone doesn't make bnb shine but also because bnb can do some amazing things. It can work perfectly as alternative to eth networks. Matic can do the same but about ada? the coin has its own charm.

the trading theory of each individual is very different but if you look at the spot price between altcoins and bitcoins as a whole it is almost the same between the two because altcoins tend to follow bitcoin, it's just that here we must be wise of course to achieve a satisfactory profit by looking at the funds we will enter, if we have very large funds in bitcoin which is very profitable and if it is the other way around then altcoins are better even though in reality every holder of course will also hold altcoins and even shitcoins
