maybe in my opinion for the moment it's better to choose ethereum because of the low price compared to bitcoin but if for a long-term investment I would suggest to buy bitcoin
For me i choose bitcoin because bitcoin is welknown coin and the price is very big and the security so very strong and safe to invest and it is good to buy for now because the price is cheap buy and hold for the longterm.
I think ethereum can also be used as a long term investment, and ethereum transactions are faster then compared to bitcoin. fos safety also nice ethereum. so I think both coins are good to buy 
In my opinion these both coins will be always at top of the total market, because bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency, but Ether is a great platform which is used by a lot of great blockchain projects.
I do not think that eth is capable of becoming a rival of the BTC. But in this market anything can happen. Time will tell us. But eth will grow very much
Same, i love eth and bitcoin to invest. They have the same you get a big profit. You must divide your money to invest both of them. BUt this is my only choice.

both coin is right for investment, and that i assume they're now not similar. Bitcoin is widely use and it's reputation is known as first or the daddy of coins even as eth is extensively ordinary because of it is top notch platform and referred to as the second excellent coin after bitcoin.

There is no doubt that bitcoins will be always the top tier cryptocurrency since it was the first coin that has been created and every altcoins is affected when it pumps up in the market.

I think the two coins are just as good, but I personally am more interested in ETH because in terms of price which is much cheaper than BTC, but it all depends on each of us in choosing it.
Now the price for both coins is very low. And it is better to divide the investment between ETH and BTC. This is the best choice.

From my own personal experience If I was going in today, with my first 2 k, would probably go
40% BTC 30% ETH 30% LTC

Of course for investment, they are both good and safe . But for me, ethereum is best suited for transactions now.
