You guys are getting good with the special effects  Cool
That's one way of putting it.  Another would be that it's way overproduced and very much reminds me of something like a linus tech tips video.  Multiple camera angles in YT videos are always jarring to me when the video is just someone speaking to the camera, and it doesn't add anything to the quality IMO.

Another thing a ton of Youtubers do even in videos that are supposed to be strictly informational is to shoehorn comedy into it at every opportunity--and more often than not it just makes it more tedious to watch the video.  I saw a lot of that in the latest bitcointalk video, and I have to say that although the tone shouldn't have been deadly serious, unless you've got proper comedic chops....just don't do what all those other Youtubers do.  Instead our bearded, t-shirted host ought to focus on speaking more clearly.  That would have improved the video immensely.

I was already aware of who the winners were of the awards, so the rest of the vid seemed like just a bunch of plugs/shout-outs.  It'll be interesting to see how many views/likes this gets compared to the previous ones.

Awesome nice and good new episode , well done on the explaining with the Community Awards and stuff.
I also like the Information and description with the timestamps and all the links bellow the Video.
Hopefully there already maybe some more Videos in the works or will be.

Maybe at some stage you can make one about " how to avoid Scammers and Fake Anns and stuff " would be helping on that.

Nice video. It’s always funny seeing users from here mentioned in a YouTube video. I can’t say I’m all that interested in the Bitcointalk awards, but I wouldn’t have had any idea who the winners were without watching this, so thank you. I always enjoy your videos and hope to see them more frequently in the future.

We can also put up episodes on important events in BTC history and trivia with slightly melodramatic tone... Like :
1. The slaying of the BTC whale...
2. Origin of HODL...
3. Pizza Story...

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
......I'm picking up a sense that Mr. bearded yellow t-shirt is .........

And I probably missed it in this thread, but is the presenter Cyrus?
......

I will leave your other points without necessarily commenting upon them - but I am drawn to this idea of Mr. Bearded yellow t-shirt versus your inquiry about his identity and also whether it matches with Cyrus... hahahahaha

I suppose that "we" could keep guessing who are these peeps?

And in some sense it would be good to know, or at least if the presenter (or anyone who might be identified) might have an identity, whether fictional or not... or whether matching up with a forum identity or not.. or maybe even some made up identity in this context that might be a different identity in another context.

So in some sense, I am also in wanting of some kind of further identity, beyond (and besides) "Mr. Bearded yellow t-shirt"...  Maybe, that's theymos himself? .hahahahaha. and surely part of the difficulties in which we have forum identities that may or may not be tied to real world identities, and might be discoverable and there might be varying desires in regards to how much out of the closet that any of us might be or how we might even identify in terms of gender or other real world versus fictional aspects, and even with satoshi we have sometimes references of the plural.. which is not necessarily inaccurate to assign a plural to an unknown, but it would not be fair to proclaim that "Mr. Bearded yellow t-shirt" might be a plural when he appears to be a he.. and also that there could be some resistance to even want to take complete credit for the production, which many times these kinds of products take a team to pull together, even though the work and the credits are not always equally shared.. but whatelse is new in the "real world."

Actually, I cannot recall whether "Mr. Bearded yellow t-shirt" had ever ascribed himself an identity.. which maybe makes it more difficult to be humorous too.. when there are some difficulties figuring out the identity or the history or the context, and even with the forum itself, many of us have differing experiences, so we do not necessarily see it the same, and we might resist some of the kinds of messages or the generalizations that might be attempted to be ascribed to what is happening or who the various members (contributors) might be and their relative level of importance (or lack thereof) in adding to the experiences of other forum members.

Oooooooooh SNAP!!!

I'm a-watchin' the new video (which I hadn't realized came out) and paused it right at the frame where those "old school" collectibles are shown (the Kialara thingamajig, minerjones' copper pennies, and that absolutely beautiful polymerbit note).  Had to post before I continue watching, because I'm jumping around like a kid on a sugar high--I really thought the bitcointalk channel was defunct.

Suggestion:  I see so many YT videos where creators are presenting a ton of information on a certain topic and for whatever reason feel they have to insert humor into the script at every available opportunity, and more often than not it's just distracting and not funny in the least.  Youtubers definitely shouldn't be dead serious, but there's an enormous difference between "light-hearted presentation" and "trying way too hard to be a comedian".  Even though I've only watched a minute of the current BCT video, I'm picking up a sense that Mr. bearded yellow t-shirt is leaning toward the latter.  Don't mean to be unduly harsh, but take my feedback to heart as I'm a subscriber and a fan....and there don't seem to be many of either yet.

And I probably missed it in this thread, but is the presenter Cyrus?

Rock on!

It was a great episode indeed, I am seldom browsing the collectible section, but I am fascinated by classic, physical representations of bitcoins as the product of craftsmanship.

A little bit different from others, but really interesting.
I like this style!

Collectibles have never been of interest for me and I've never really read much in that particular portion of the forum.  But kudos that you can make a video which can hold my attention even when it's not an aspect of the community that I'm involved with.  You still made it interesting and informative.

The BitcoinTalkShow is back with a block buster, hitting us with awesome and interesting episode. I'm loving the aphorism gem "Perfect is the enemy of good." Ain't that the truth?

But let's talk about printers, those sneaky little things with memories and emotions. If you show them you're in a hurry, good luck getting anything printed anytime soon. It's like they've got a vendetta against urgency or something. Maybe they're secretly plotting with the government to hack all “offline” paper bitcoin wallets, because that Banhammer is real. I mean, when was the last time a country banned Bitcoin anyway? They must be waiting for it to hit $69k again before they whip out that banhammer once more.

Oh, and Happy New Year to you too, BitcoinTalkShow! I mean, it's only April 2023, so better late than never, right? But hey, at least the video was recorded in December 2022, so we’re keeping up with the times. Time travel must be our secret sauce for staying ahead of the game!

Last but not the least the shirts game is getting strong!!!
