I would be careful playing at this site. From the discussion at the reference link, he has I believe unfairly taken the balance of a player for breaking what is a very arbitrary rule on max bet. The funds that were won appear to have been won from a bet that was completely compliant, and max bets should be enforced by the software not as an excuse to confiscate someones entire balance. Strangely enough the user has screenshoted the supposed violated terms on max-bet, but does not currently even appear on the website:
