I would like to congratulate Bitstarz.com for receiving the BitcoinGG Certificate of Trust, and also thank them for upgrading their review

I encourage all players to come and leave a short review whether good or bad about your favorite casino.

Thanks,

Chris

Quite a rating for a site making excuses to take user balances when they see fit based on rules in fine print. There's no way the site could get 9.2 out of 10 based on what we've seen... Crazy max bet limitations on bonus funds which aren't enforced by software though allows the site to seize the funds.

after all things they do you guys still playing at their scamy site so weird ppl so eager to get scammed Sad

Hi there,

Well, that's an interesting statement. Could you elaborate further on the scammer argument?

Mike

I would be careful playing at this site. From the discussion at the reference link, he has I believe unfairly taken the balance of a player for breaking what is a very arbitrary rule on max bet. The funds that were won appear to have been won from a bet that was completely compliant, and max bets should be enforced by the software not as an excuse to confiscate someones entire balance. Strangely enough the user has screenshoted the supposed violated terms on max-bet, but does not currently even appear on the website: https://www.bitstarz.com/terms

those words from very trusted person by this community and as he said while you can prevent ppl playing over max amount you just waiting them to exceed and if they win steal their money

Hi there,

Well, there is a link there to the bonus terms in the general terms. The bonus terms are normally separate from the general terms of the site (major bookies and casinos have this). When it comes to it being arbitrary rule, it's one of the most common bonus rules out there. Again (as you've seen if you've read the thread), it's
a limitation with our provider when it comes to a technical prevention of betting over that amount with bonus money, so it goes for all casinos
using their platform, after a discussion with them, they have agreed to develop this and it will be in place within 4 months tops.

Everything I've mentioned here has already been discussed in the thread, so I'd recommend reading that through as I'm sure it will answer
most of your questions, if you have any questions, PM me and I can call you and explain.

The free spins are on the worst possible slot they have. You be lucky to get 1 mbtc back

Hi there,

Well, some people like them and some don't, then thankfully they're free right? Smiley

Mike
They're free until you deposit and win, then all your bitcoins get confiscated. Then it's not so free anymore.

The excuses you're coming up with to avoid answering my questions are based on the same logic you use to justify seizing all that money.

Hi there,

It seems that any answer I give to you is not good enough. I've already mentioned that I don't have any exact statistics on the amount
of violators, but have given you a ratio of players vs. violators and asked your to make up your own mind regarding the numbers.

Regarding the other player being an abuser, it's hard for me to tell as well and I don't have an answer for you.

Ok let's pretend god just came down from the heavens and said

"Hi there, Mike, I know the answer to twitchyseals question.  Give me a number within 10 of the correct answer and you will get an awesome prize, otherwise something awful happens.  You have 10 seconds starting NOW"

What's the number mike?

Same thing for this question:

Quote
In your personal honest opinion how confident are you that btcgmbling had malicious intent to defraud you or was guilty of anything other than not knowing your rules, on a scale of 1 - 100 , with 100 being absolutely certain he was guilty and 0 being certain he was innocent.

Just a number.

Hi there,

I wouldn't give him any number as I do not believe in being threatened to come up with an answer to a question like that.

Mike
