I never initially created an account, but have now (after my order was placed), is there any chance my order could be made viewable in the 'My Account' section, i placed the order on the new site / system.

Only when I click on the link from the confirmation E-Mail can I log in (https://store-6uhgey79.mybigcommerce.com/orderstatus.php)

Why not just change it from "processed" to "paid" then? Seems like a fairly easy solution..

Because that is not an option in our cart system, and it does change from "Processing" before you pay, to "processes" after payment is processed.
Its an understandable confusion. Whats really annoying is people asking me same day if their wire cleared.

Agreed on the long quotes. If you do quote someone, maybe edit down to the pertinent bit?
