Unfortunately now a lot of scammers who do not pay us coins for the work done . But there are good companies that make me a profit, for the sake of this I work here
Yes doing bounty campaign is very tiring. At first i always join to the newly open bounty campaign but as distribution ended little did I know that the ICO project is unsuccessful and the token have very low value. That is why I only join for signature campaign and article/blog campaign only for now.
Yes, I agree with you the company's bounty is a very tiring job as a credit. But a little patience and everything will turn out. Only you take reliable companies that update tables and sheets. I myself am on the main crypts in the world and the company entered the bounty company for the first time.
You should calm down. This does not happen in all campaigns bounty . I participated in many bonus campaigns and there are many ICO projects that the campaign management team bonus work very well.
In the market a lot of different iso, choose a good iso for bounty is very difficult.The number of participants is growing every day more and more . Fees are reduced

Participating12-15 bounty in a year.
If 2-3 turns out to be successfull and with decent price - it`s already good rate.

At first, I am so eager to join most of the Bounty Campaigns, I even ignored Airdrops. But lately, I feel like it's so tiring. Some campaign don't even update the sheet and not even paying us tokens. So you feel like not interested anymore. All those efforts are worthless. Additionally with this Merit system, It felt so useless. My activities and posts are way more than qualified but still merit is nowhere to be found. I tried to create replies, and posts nicely and formally like "Jose Rizal" or even "Nicholas Sparks" but still no chance, it makes me anxious. I think this is the punishment for the late bloomer in cryptocurrency. Lol
Bounty campaign would really take most of your time but it could really change your life for the better. I believe that through our hard work, we could gain promising rewards from it. I have been joining bounty campaigns for years and I could really say that it is all worth it.
Beginners are always tight. In the crypto, in life, in sports. If you don't try, you won't succeed.
I , too, stopped to participate in landing, I fully agree with your point of view . Many managers do not update tables within a few months . Many projects turn out to be scams ... I've been very nervous lately, I want to stop participating in the bounty .
Well bounties are free tokens coming from new projects but it will gain some value once it will be available on the market so we have to work hard to earn it because it will be converted to the money that we can use for personal so we have to be patient and keep moving forward to earn more tokens through bounty task.
you're the one who can fix yourself, dont missed this opportunity to earn, and by participating on bounty campaigns, you can also learn from what you are doing.
Don't join too much bounties without study, just join that bounties which have high rank manager and see its profile that which topic he has started. Then you can found more brilliant bounties.
Yeah as long as you don't make or having an investment/release money from you, you will earn bounties as a matter of time and effort. Don't lose motivation and be patient, surely the efforts you have done will come back with great profit
There are other alternative way to earn in cryptocurrency. You can learn trading but you need a big balls to face the red market. Every altcoin traders experience that so you need to expect it and control you emotion.

The merit system is actually an appreciation for someone, if anyone thinks your post as a useful post will give you some merit. Appreciation is a form that others think is appropriate, but every head has their own opinions. I suggest you before participating in bounty you should see icorating before making a choice, this is an important step if you do not want to lose the time you throw in a useless bounty.
Yes it is really tiring and very hard to earn most especially merits, some are really trying hard just to farm merits, they are doing something that is good to see and farming merits indirectly, you can do that, it is advisable to do, you should not beg for merits, and so as for the bounty campaign, you should really work hard so that you will be rewarded fairly. 
I also feel I'm a little late in plunging into this cryptocurrency world, it's because I did not believe what's inside. Because I think it's just a lie. But after seeing my friend get results from this, I try to be more excited again. Maybe it's just a matter of time. We will taste the sweetness as soon as possible.
You just need to be more patient, because joining bounty does take a moment, maybe 3 months or even half a year to be able to feel the result,

If you feel tired about all about this then quit already, do you what you love to do and do not pushed your self into something that you don't like because the results will be significantly different.
