No, I do not agree with this, I believe that the Bounty Hunter needs to pay it in Tokens for this project.

Probit Exchange paid bounty hunter with USDT which has help them allot right now only investors are holding their token , So i think if all project manager can try to do that it will help allot and investor will never be afraid of dump .. Yes, they don't want to spend money for the bounty hunters and that's why they are giving coins. They don't want to spend more money in the market because they need to spend a lot of money for the development which will help to provide active updates to the community.

While the idea of getting paid for bounty in USDT or other stable coins is tempting, it is hard to expect any ICOs paying in those. Some ICOs pay in ETH or BTC sometimes but that is very uncommon.
Most of the bounty hunters would still prefer a coin from the project itself because they have better chance to earn more when the value appreciate. With USDT as payment, I'm sure it's not big enough and it's hard to attract people who are used to working with good rewards with a new system that would bring significant drop on their rewards.
