It makes sense, but unfortunately, it doesn't make sense for the project owners to make it happen. In fact, they create a kind of mobility by distributing their own token. They do work for them. There's no money left in your pockets.

I really like the idea of having some real collateral in already existed assets to be able to start a bounty campaign like it's described here. I don't think the asset matters, the main thing it should be top asset with good volume.

This certainly will be great and the best way to promote maximum participation in project bounties. Hunters will know that their payments will be in stable coins making them put in their best efforts towards ensuring better promotions. Also, the projects involved will benefit greatly since the value of their tokens will be maintained as a result of less dumping often associated with bounty hunters. It is a win - win situation for all parties involved.

I strongly agree that bounty hunters are paid with USDT, because they will be more enthusiastic and of course financially maybe they can get it. But of course for investors and the development of the ICO project, it can bring losses that make it possible that their tokens will be difficult to develop and it is difficult to have high prices on the crypto currency market.

Would be nice but will never happen.

The creation of a token costs generally nothing, so the bounty hunters are a cheap workforce for the team.
Furthermore, a community of token holders is created this way.

If there will be no tokens as the payment of the bounty campaign in the end and get paid by usdt, it much easier to do payment but we got less payment.

I'd like to have BTC, ETH or USDT or whatever payments on regular basis for the job I do, but there are very few campaigns that provide such kind of offer. And even if so they have a pretty low rewards. Of course we'd like to have a big salary with stablecoins, but I don't know what miracle should happen for this to become truth.

This is very good suggestion given by you.but I realise dev team will never adobt this Patten their are many reasons stings is dev never give money from his pocket.
Yes, because developers don't want to lose spending USDT for Bounty participants, the problem is that they have the Tokens they want to sell, so they want money or Bitcoin, so they will never give USDT participants but only the Tokens they created.

Of course this is better for bounty hunters, as there are almost impossible to eran somthing from bounty. Some projects just don't paying nothing, some projects don't raising nothin and some tokens trading in much less price on exchanges after ICO. But I didn't see any project which paying in USDT.

I think if paid using USDT will make some problem. The bounty hunter support some project with intend to reward token of that project. Actually in current market bounty hunters like it. But Other hand it is hard to project members. It will change when market start up trend. So think going method is prefer.

Many bounty campaign participants always looking for campaign only use token or coin payment, its better than using eth, bitcoin or usdt because when getting token will have higher price later than receiving from USDT payment.
but payment using tokens cannot really determine the value we get. even now most of the results of bounty payments token payments are very worthless. it becomes a bad problem for the bounty hunter. then with bounty payments using usdt or other payments can provide a definite income for the bounty hunter.

bounty hunter payments using USDT will only result in losses from ongoing ICO projects or those using bounty campaign strategies, many of which use a commitment to pay participants bounty campaigns because it is a safe step and the company will not lose because it does not use the collected funds to pay participants bounty campaign.

It is the choice of project developer. Whatever they want, they can offer. It depends on you to promote or not. They are not forcing you to promote the coin. So, we can not force them. We can simply neglect if we do not like a project. Some projects also offer Ethereum and bitcoin in some terms. You can find out those and promote those.

do you agree if the bounty hunter is paid USDT?
the good or bad impact on investors and the development of the ICO project, give your reasons
There are two sides that you have to look at, the first side when the bounty campaign is paid with tokens, the possibility for the token to be accepted by many people is very wide open because the bounty hunter will suggest to many people, but when the token is not worth the loss bounty hunter job what they have done is not paid.

The second side, when the bounty campaign is paid with USDT, it is likely that the token you are promoting will not succeed because the bounty hunter only gets USDT but they don't have tokens, this side can benefit the bounty hunter.

This is about a crypto project and which is will be increasingly developed. It may look a bit strange when people "sell" products (tokens) but the bounty participate paid with something that is not related. Indeed sometimes we can found project with usdt payment but very little and of course this makes the developers harmed because they have to spend money to pay the bounty hunter. For the moment I prefer to be paid with altcoin, token or btc.

Paying bounty hunters with USDT is not a bad idea because USDT is one of the valuable coins on the market. After all, not all the coins bounty hunters receive at the end of a bounty program are able to be listed on the market. The fact it, it rather becomes a fixed amount if paid with USDT because it does not see any significant rise or fall irrespective of the market condition.
Might be practical but the team must need a decent amount of capital before running an ICO.

Majority of the bounty hunters will benefit especially the new one as they do not have to long before they can convert their reward into cash, with
USDT, everything is automatic, you can sell it once your receive it. Unfortunately, this is not being implemented, so I guess they do not find this system attractive.

It will really be a burden for ICO's because:

[1] They open up a ICO because they needed funding, meaning to say at the beginning they don't have money, how can they pay their bounty hunters then?

[2]  If will be really time consuming an a hassle for them, based on my experience bounty hunting, some of the projects didn't even know how to pay their hunters, they have to hire someone to help them out airdrops the tokens. So them paying in USDT will be problematic.
