I agree, but this practice is now unpopular, companies pay with their tokens for work, it is much more convenient for them and they are unlikely to agree to pay awards in another equivalent.
I agree with your proposal but this will be not probable because most of ICO have no found at the beginning to they couldn't pay in FIAT or coins that are different from their own token.
i am agree with this, why? because if all bounty hunters getting paid through usdt they will save more time and they will gain more solid income because they can avoid to those pump and dump project.
Many bounty hunters would definitely agree on this or maybe all bounty hunters in crypto world because projects nowadays are full of scam and sometimes even they distributed the rewards, it doesn't have any price at all. This is the best way to pay bounty hunters.

Well for the bounty hunters point of view its good and has a advantage because USDT is not a volatile in terms of price and it is sure that you cant lose your money time by time. but for the employer it is not good because the need a separate fund for it and all of the project will not agree on it. the risk on creating on token is hard for them. the actual coin is good enough for both employer and employee.

İ don't think so. There is no such possibility for USDT transfer and delays are normal for crypto payments. Stable cryptocurrrency idea is not perfect honestly so fiat is more advanced for experienced traders.

This topic has a very large coverage and unfortunately today is not the best time to talk about what is better in the end. It may be better to receive funds in tokens. I think that people need to be given a choice.
It is a good idea for bounty hunters to be given a choice in other to avoid to avoid the stress of exchanging the coin for desired coin after distribution but most of these projects are very young and cannot afford the different coins preferences of the many bounty hunters.

I m not agree bounty hunters should get pay in USDT, because it kill essence of the bounty idea - you promote the project, which you think
have great potential and will rise in the future.
It s like, done bounty job for Apple in 80-s, and get reward in USDT and not in Apple stocks.
I have been paid with USDT, I think it's the same as ETH or bitcoin, only the method used by USDT to get a very good exchange or market now, that is they are very much involved in exchanges, I think USDT will be very developed in the future.
There are projects that pay bounty hunter rewards in popular cryptocurrencies including USDT. It is quite difficult to find such projects and they are popular for bounty hunters because so many new coins do not have a stable price and lose value.

I certainly agree on this matter that we will be paid in usdt. But I don't think the team have allocated a budget on that. Because they have still no budget, because most of them starts with just small budget.

It gives good impact that it cannot be dumped as it has its fixed value in USDT, at the same time, bad impact on investors as they have no profit in return to their investment, maybe they might have but the process is complicated.
It will be nice if bounty hunters are paid in usdt, it will really be a thing of joy in my opinion, but i think it won't be in favour of the developers this is because, it will mean them paying from their fund not money realized from the project, it will pay them more if they pay with their token rather than USDT.
