do you agree if the bounty hunter is paid USDT?
the good or bad impact on investors and the development of the ICO project, give your reasons
Paying bounty hunters with USDT is not a bad idea because USDT is one of the valuable coins on the market. After all, not all the coins bounty hunters receive at the end of a bounty program are able to be listed on the market. The fact it, it rather becomes a fixed amount if paid with USDT because it does not see any significant rise or fall irrespective of the market condition.

I totally agreed that paid bounty hunters USDT because the ICO will not dump instantly and the bounty hunter will be faithful in the project they a usdt.Like example of Probit Exchange that paid usdt and their token was not dumping and there's more profit in their project.

I totally agreed, so that in case the ICO abandons the project, you will never be at a loss for the months you spent on the bounty campaign. Bounty hunters have been cheated too often in campaigns. They most times work without getting paid.

Yes, it a good idea which the those developers can never consider doing at these moment, just because they should always have who to put some of their silly mistakes blame on along with the investors who always believe bounty hunters always dump the price of the coin.

But they are unlikely to pay all participants (in large numbers) with USDT
advantage:
maybe there won't be a dump because only investors hold coins
loss:
maybe they will develop the project in the future because they don't have enough funds

You bounty hunters should stop spamming and concentrating on easy and low paid tasks.
Offer quality advertising with smart posts in more than one language across various platforms and don't accept future tokens that can be worthless. Make sure you get paid in BTC or ETH. It used to be like that but then people saw how greedy you are and said fuck escrow fuck valuable coins we'll promise to pay them and if we go under they won't get paid. They are too greedy to think about it anyway.

How I wish that bounty hunters are paid in USDT but don't forget that one of the ways to promote a coin is to share is to people, the more holders we have for a coin the better it becomes and that is why dev will prefer to pay bounty hunters with their coin.

It would be very nice if project teams can pay bounty hunters in USDT, it will reduce the chance of the token being traded below the ICO price when they are listed on exchanges, those who bought directly will not likely dump it at a loss.
Well, you know that this will never happen. Projects are not profitable to pay in stablecoins. it costs them nothing to pay you in the tokens.

Yes

I think that this will have almost no impact on investors.  ICO projects do not need it, why pay USDT, if you can pay with project tokens and not lose anything)

This might be a good suggestion. It will gp a long way to favour bounty participants most especially.
I just do not think project teams will want to do that, because they are looking for those who will hold and trade their tokens.
So they will prefer to give out their tokens, rather than giving out rewards in USDT or other already established cryptocurrencies.

It is very seldom to be happen that most of the developer is giving payment using dollar$, because their first aim is they're the one who get profit not the bounty hunters itself. That's why  in most of the ico, the developer much more in favor to pay in token not in dollar. Though, even there is, its just a small amount of $ only if ever they pay it on this currency.

No one is going to disagree if bounties are paid with already listed coins, but is there any bounty team Willing to do that? There is very few campaigns run with already listed coin payments like bitcore campaign but now nothing such campaigns were existing.Make the flag against the token payment which may bring some changes.

No new project would actually be willing to allocate huge sums of money to pay bounty hunters in advance.
The money would be better spent in a marketing agency.
People do bounty campaigns because they're free for them (they're at the expense of investors) - and in some cases they're afraid that their project will be FUD-ded on bitcointalk if they never have a bounty campaign.

I believe the payouts in USDT bounty hunters are the more preferred pay for the job. This means that you do not have to wait for the distribution of tokens and they will be released to the exchange. You can immediately get the money and at its discretion to decide what coins you want to add to your portfolio.

I think that the best solution is to pay bounty hunters in Ethereum, as most ICO use Ethereum platform. Besides, I have no confidence in "stable" coins.

USD rewards sounds very attractive, but in this case project should convert their ico investments  to USD and distribute it to hunters. The kyc and fees will follow, do you need it really?

I think bounty hunters been paid in USDT would be a welcome development with the immediate dump when coins are been listed will be reduced but let the USDT be something reasonable

If I could choose I will prefer to be paid in Eth or Bitcoin, not in USDT... I don't believe in stablecoin because they are not certified by a trusted third party so the "pegged" features could be just a fantasy and not real

I tend to pay in tokens of the project, but the current situation shows that getting paid in stable coins is more interesting)
