I think ETH is better than most tokens. Many tokens are completely worthless. If ETH pays, then it can even be paid weekly.
Ethereum payment is good for those wanting quick income but I think for me token also has a high rate if the dev project fully developed their project and have many investors. It depends upon the project if they succeed will the token also will have a high price in the market.
I experienced earning reward in bounty then it's the great amount I've got I must prefer on token reward rather than Ethereum.

I am sure that if this were so, then the need for bounty managers would disappear, because today there are a lot of projects that are ready to work for ETH, because crypto currencies today are very seriously perceived as a financial sector.
I'm not going to lie. I would like to receive the ethereum as a bounty payment program. But I will be glad to other coins too.
Bounty hunter should not receive ETH after they have done some tasks. Its is better for project owners to pay in their tokens/coins because it creates a really good supporter base if you have some good bounty hunters who start to hold their rewards.
I believe this is a very good idea for bounty hunters. It will save the hunters a lot of exchange trouble.
I think if in pay with ETH then in the market will not be much exchange that happened, exchanges are needed for new tokens and smart bounty hunters will not sell tokens at a low price.
It's a good idea but i think it won't happen. Some icos usually pay with their own coin. They need to promote their coin because it's part of their company and their eco system. It's very important to them that their own token will be well known in this industry.
Hello!Sounds very good but this idea realy can realize to the life,becose many projects pay in eth workers like bounty manager.What i like in this idea is that u dont need to change bounty token to the eth,and dont need to wait for coming out in exchanges u take ur reward and done,nice!

I know you guys don't want to get paid with those worthless tokens that sometimes you regret for joining the wrong project. If you are picky with the bounty that you are joining it's rare to look for a bounty that pays their participants with ETH instead of their tokens. There are instances that a bounty will pay in ETH and it's their choice if they want to.1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that.
You should be contented and grateful for having that type of rewards and if you think that isn't enough and participants doesn't reserve that, you should pick the bounty that gives the best allocation. You guys are starting to be demanding, don't rely too much with bounty it's an incentive.Also, it can cause more investors to attract. This is also nice and good but let's think also that those campaigns needs to advertise their own tokens yes maybe eth is better but we should also see that those campaign also needs to lift up their own campaigns and they need to raised it, because that is what their project is. 1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Maybe some bounty hunter want bounty reward paid in ETH, but I don't want ETH because ICO project tokens give you big profit if project become popular, that time easy to earn x10 profit return
We all want that, that would be a good news if that happens, I wish also to be paid in btc/eth rather than paid in token which in the future you would found out that it is just a scam.

I am a new born on this business, but I don't ever experiencing any campaigns paying such directly on ethereum, and mostly I've noticed that majority of campaigns are using tokens for salaries contributions to their workers or member.
if we get paid using ETH then very wise, my question is who will exchange tokens from the project if we get paid using ETH? paying with ETH will only make the project dead
It's the investors and the ICO community will going to trade with tokens, some bounty hunters will only dump their tokens to the exchanges so it's fine without the payment of tokens, well some ICO's offers ETH or BTC as a form of payment to its participants, if you believe that the project is pretty legit and it may grow as the product released its full version and the usability is solid then I will prefer to have the payments with tokens. 
I partecipated in some bounties that paid in ETH but they are very few.. a like them because I don’t have to care about selling after token sale..but if I have to choose I will choose to be paid in tokens if I think that the project worth my attention and will be a success..
The aim and objective of an ICO is to promote their token that is why bounty hunters are paid with the respective token of the ICO they have promoted, most of them wants their coins to trade in an exchange and reach a high capitalization like ETH, LTC ,XRP e.t.c thus traded with other Cryptos in an exchange.
You have a point mate, paying for eth in bounty participants maybe it's hard for them to pay because in order to promote their respective token they need to distribute to the people to have a value in the market. Paying ETH in a bounty project is good, but if ever respective tokens that are also good.If the project was successful in launching token value is a good rate, but if they paid you an ETH you received a fixed payment from them.
So, in participating choose the best bounty campaign having a good platform and whitepaper.
i think they rewards a hunter with their coin or token with the purpose for maximize their supply token or coin besides their doing an ico, some of project was doing an airdrop with that bounty program itself, and of course it can burst popularity that token or coin itself.
I still see some bounty campaigns paid for by BTC. But no bounty campaign paid for by ETH. I look forward to this.
