I sure hope you have foreign language skills..
The #1 scam going on in article campaigns is google translating copy pasted sections into foreign language...
Because the manager can't decipher the article, so they just default to paying for it.
For the most part, those articles come out to non-sense.
I see the top 2 articles featured on the (Ann) are the same except they are in two languages...
My question though... is there not a word in Turkish for
"Concept"
I find it quite odd that a completely Turkish article has English mid sentence....
But then again, I don't speak Turk.
When I see that, it deters me from actually creating an article because I know all the spam is being rewarded, which effectively destroys my stake.
I would be very cautious with foreign language articles, nearly 90% are exactly what I described.

Hi, these are great point and we are aware about quality of articles, the stakes will be allocated only after proper review.
As for the two articles in Turkish and English with the same content, overall we liked the message conveyed in the article, these articles were also on steemit and the user posting had a good Turkish following, we attributed the article to the style of writing on the user.
A lot of articles will not be spot on and will have a self styled approach of writing. For eg. I'm Indian, 12 years ago I spoke and wrote awesome Hindi, Over last 10 years being in UK, Dubai and Australia my English has been ramped up, so when I attempt Hindi my style is adjusted to the English writing style.
We liked the point you made and we will check quality when allocating stakes in the final week, it's part of the rules for content bounty, and anyone not following rules will be disqualified.
I request you to go ahead and write your article knowing the best content will be rewarded.
