Bounty then trade with reward. Tokens tend to go down, up and down several times when listed on exchange after crowdsale ends, I have made some quite nice sum with one bounty reward, I won't disclose which one. Or just go trading if you have money affordable to lose.
The problem for those wanting to be a bounty manager is the competition out there so they have to offer something different. How does a new bounty manager get in?
There are too many bounty manager scammers out there such as 520bit and whitetoo and Russian RoyalTeam scammers. They buy accounts or trick dormant users by offering crypto if they sell but they do not send payment after changing the email address and taking ownership of the account. The Russian bounty scammers use these accounts just to flood threads they are involved with in order to create fake buzz and hype. They also use them to attack anybody that does not follow their narrative or challenges them - quote sad really
Right now most bounties are paid the new coin/token rather than Bitcoin so when these ICOs end most tokens and coins just fade away so the bounties are almost worthless and all hard work was for nothing.
Just look at the TokenPay bounty scam. They paid nothing to the bounty manager after accusing the bounty manager of fraud and ended up keeping all the bounty tokens. Sad really.
