Well as a Jr member to make the best out of any bounty, you have to participate in many bounty, you don't have to depend on signature alone, you can do signature, social media, translation, content creation, this will make you to earn more in bounty.

You should always choose bounty that is a good project for high chance of success ICO and second thing is the allocated amount for signature or any bounty campaign that you wanna join should be big amount.

You can make different strategies. If you want fast payment, you can find and join campaigns that are on their last week.
