There is no such thing as "bounty strategy". Most of the ICOs fail. All you have to do is filter out those shitty ICOs and those ICOs which looks fishy as they end up scamming people. And if you do find a good ICO don't end up selling all your coins as soon as the ICO ends. Since during this time to price of the coin is never the actual value as most of the users who earned those tokens ends up dumping them for quick cash.
personally, In choosing a bounty there are several criteria. such as softcap that must have been reached and the team also active in the telegram. if all that has been fulfilled then it will convince me to join it. and remember, if we do it diligently and patiently then we will also get the satisfactory results in the future. hope we don't get caught up in any scam ico

There are a few things you should be aware of when signing up for a gratuity.
The first; Whether the project has development potential.
The second; Distribution of project bounty.
The third; The rank and reputation of the project manager.
The fourth; Number of participants.
For now choose a bounty that have a good rating and watch reviews etc,after that go to ico review website find upcoming ico and join their telegram etc..and see which will help you to choose bounty in future.
in bounty hunter in my opinion do not need a strategy such as trading, simply we look for a good project by choosing a trusted manager

You must choose a prize campaign, the signature campaign will get a great income. You can search the ICO project with the great prize allocation, with a very nice token sales and select a team that good and the ICO project could develop.
Bounty strategy is quite good based on this they are mainly doing campaign based on their projects also this can be in social medioa or in article or in forum but what they doing is great because they can find some good members bawsed on this signature campaign.

The safest way is to find a campaign that pays in btc (or ethereum, if such exist). This way you can know what kind of money you will receive. Unfirtunately, it is not the same with some icos. You'll probably get your payment in about a month and there's low probability the coin will make it to the market and pay off. Yet of course it is easier to find an altcoin campaign that a btc one, so I suggest you to look at their projects and choose the one which will soon finish its ico stage and has strong partners and community behind it. in my mind, you should research further the prize campaign that you will follow. Always check their whitepapers if they have the potential to grow in the crypto market and the team building the project. See how active they are and how enthusiastic everyone about the project is also checking the roadmap. If you believe in all this, then take part in a signature campaign.
You should do the signature campaigns when the project has allocated a high amount on doing a signature, and choose the project that is most popular see the information about there ICO and look for there token that was sold so far.
I suggest you to try to find bounty which will pay you in btc , it's hard , but possible . Choose a bounty that a big allocation for signature campaign and also look for a good bounty manager to avoid stress on checking stakes. Good bounty managers always update the spreadsheet and it gives you details about the ICO, i mean "complete package".
