I'm sure not everyone will agree, but analyst only sees Manny's age as the hindrance why he would lose but in reality he has already proven many times that for him, his age is just a number, Take it from his last fight.

It's not the first time that they took that age as Manny's disadvantage so expect that the same kind of analysis will always be part of their statement. That's why I like to read an analyst wherein the criteria is based solely on recent performances, not the age basis.

If ever Pacquiao will lose, it should not because of his age but rather a credit for Spence doing a good job trying to dominate Manny at every round.

That's true, analyst should focus on the skills of Manny and not talk about his age as he has already proven that his age is not a hindrance. He would not be a champion at his age now if it is slowing him down, we are still seeing the same Manny, just a bit more careful and more strategic now on his style.

Even he doesn't have a fight for two long years, he never stopped in maintaining his physique and it's already part of his life and routine to have training but it's totally different if there's a match. Most that he can will be into it and he's not underestimating his opponent for real but only in words.

That was not a disadvantage on his part, he said that the long rest helped him to recover and we will surely see a conditioned Manny comes August 21 against Spence. We never see him unconditioned when he stepped up in the ring, In the last fight maybe he got tired because he is not getting any younger, but still that is overshadowed by the success since he won by a split decision.

I am just wishing that Pacquiao will have the same rigid training before the fight. Because it is a matter of preparation on how he will perform inside the ring.
He's always on the go and never stops in training. Whenever he's going to have his match, he's ready for it and won't settle for easy training. If it's about the preparation, he's always prepared and doesn't settle for the low standards that he knows whenever there's an important match up long before the fight day.

It has been like a couple of years from his last fight. So those 2 years, will be a big factor when it comes to his readiness. But for sure, he always wants to give a toe-to-toe fight, which is more worth to watch than these exhibition fights.

It will also prove that the old generation of boxers is better than the current generation. It's a legend versus a champion at his peak, it's a big challenge for Spence as he will be facing the legendary in sports of boxing,  and he has to win to gain more respect from the fans, but he should fight a clean fight.

The old generation of boxers are better, they don't cherry-pick their opponent and they really give the war in the ring. it was only Mayweather who makes boxing boring although he beat the best boxers in his generation, per record he is the best, in terms of entertainment, he is not because he is boring.

Hopefully, both fighters will stay healthy and please don't get infected by covid-19 as that's usually the reason why a fight is cancelled or postponed.

This is what Pacquiao differentiates from Mayweather, because Pac wants a toe-to-toe fight.
Whereas, Mayweather is more on counting technical points inside the ring, to the point that he forgot he is in boxing.
They have different styles but I guess, a lot of boxing fans want Pacquiao's style, because he really does give the full entertainment to the audience.
Anyway, we will see this upcoming fight if Pac has still the power in him to fight much younger gen.
I just hope he retires soon and enjoy the remaining years of his life without any significant body injury owed from boxing.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
Based on what I saw from Spence Jr. from his recent fight, the phase of the rounds are a bit slow, I hope he can keep up with Pacquiao's pacing since Pacquiao won't slow down from beginning to end so if ever Spence won this fight with a knock out he will be the next superstar of boxing.
This is what I observed, he seems slow on his previous fight unlike an aged pacman on hist last fight. I see that he's good in body shots and most of his fight ends up with a powerful body shots with a slow opponent but against a fast, strong puches and experienced fighter such pacman it's a different fight from his previous fights. Well, lets see if we still see a fast and powerful pacman and improved Spence.

This is true even though Pacquiao has the experience advantage Spence Jr. is hungry for a fight, I've seen Pacquiao dominates regardless if its a lose or win you can see that he loves boxing from how he moves and the speed is fascinating. A good strategy is to just maintain gaining points each round. No need to Knockout Spence but if there's a chance why not.
If thats the thing then the fight is not that exciting like what those Manny's fight in the previous?

Not that mate. As long as Pacquiao will win, it's already an excitement.

And knowing these 2 boxers, they are heavy punchers so expect that it's not about gaining points but to see who's the better inside boxer. Pacquaio is not yet showing any signs of slowing down in a mid-range bout but I'm sure he already knows how to play safe as being optimistic is not enough if the body will not cooperate.

TKO is still the target here by both boxers. If Spence will win by TKO, that would be the biggest achievement of his career and a more good offer will come with a great prize. On the other hand, if Pacquiao will win, he will be tagged as destroying pro boxers in their prime despite his age. Likely, he won't retire if he wins in that fight.

If Spence will beat Pacquiao, it will be a very good addition to his boxing career. Beating a legendary boxer. And definitely, his position will level up. But if Pacquiao will beat a much younger Spence, this will prove one more time that age doesn't matter in boxing. This match is I believe one of the most anticipated boxing fights this year. I hope they will get more money than this Mayweather-Logan Paul exhibition fight. They deserve much bigger purse, giving real boxing entertainment to the community.

He usually is aggressive, but let's see if that will change in this fight knowing that Spence is very confident and he would like to send Manny Pacquiao to retirement, I like to see what will happen to his face after this fight as I have never seen Spence got seriously beaten up in his past fights.
I am a fan of Manny Pacquiao and hence i make sure i will watch his fights but i have not seen any Errol Spence Jr fights that i remember and if Manny Pacquiao is able to test him in the first few rounds then we will be seeing how tough Errol Spence Jr can be as Manny is a veteran and he will be able to identify the weakness in the first few rounds and then he should start his offense. The only concern is that he is 42 years old and his last fight was two years ago and i hope age and ring rust will not make an impact in the fight.

Lets stop comparing about Mayweather fights on this one because it is just way too far off when it comes to entertainment factor and of course this one is a real fight not that exhibition clown thing fights which is obviously setting up for making bucks.

Very well said, we are talking of a real entertaining fight here, so we should not include Mayweather in the discussion as we know his fights are boring, though he made a lot of money, that's our opinion, he is really boring. This fight is going to be one of the greatest fights in the history of boxing, and we can always look back to this fight when Manny retires, and I'm sure they will not fail us, they will give a very exciting fight to watch.

I mean from the name of the fight itself, it was an 'exhibition match' which greatly implies that no seriousness is on the line.

This fight may be one of the biggest fights this year as we all know, Pacquiao always puts everything on the line in his fights. As someone who grew up watching his fights, I expect nothing but greatness and fierceness especially that he will be against one of the greatest fighters in this weigh division. Almost everyone who predicts in this fight that Pacquiao will lose, but nothing can ever match up his competitiveness.

Timothy Bradley say up some words about Pacquiao and Spence Fight.
https://www.boxing247.com/boxing-news/tim-bradley-reacts-to-crawford-losing-pacquiao-fight-to-spence/179181
https://www.boxingnews24.com/2021/06/pacquiao-sees-flaws-in-spences-game-says-tim-bradley/

Even though he choses up Spence as his boy but still he is rooting for Pacquiao on dominating the fight on giving out some
fast combinations.

Bradley is sometimes wrong, but like to listen to the opinion of the fighters who got beaten up by Pacman badly.

De la hoya sees a win for Manny here, and same with Margarito, I think they know and understand better so regardless of the record of Spence Jr., Manny would still be the favorites of these fighters who he fought before, and I Like that because Manny is an underdog in the betting line and yet many still believe he can beat Spence in this fight.
But in this fight Bradley is correct and this is Manny's Game ..

Domination will comes from the Filipino fighter.'

Like what Timothy says, I'm rooting for Manny Pacquiao when the event comes.

Bradly did not say he will root for Manny to win in the fight, I think he favors Spence to win the fight, unless he changed his mind.

TIM BRADLEY BRUTALLY HONEST PACQUIAO VS. ERROL SPENCE PREDICTION & WHAT IT MEANS FOR CRAWFORD

It's nice to see mixed prediction, not only a unanimous prediction, and this makes the fight more interesting to watch.
Anyway, any fight of Manny is always interesting, except for the Mayweather which we all agree a boring fight.
Bradley was indeed rooting for Spence to win this one but based off on his statements that he wont really get surprised if Manny will still pull this one off.

He had seen on what are the advantages of Pacquiao and on what are the possible strategies that they are really readying up for Spence.

Lets stop comparing about Mayweather fights on this one because it is just way too far off when it comes to entertainment factor and of course this one is a real fight not that exhibition clown thing fights which is obviously setting up for making bucks.

^^ Exactly, it means that this is really a hard fight to predict, there are fighters who says Manny will win because of his experience, but there are some who are leaning towards Spence's youth and physical advantage.

So it will not be boring for sure, every Pacquiao's fight is very specially, even in the Marquez knock out, the fight is toe to toe. So this fight will go either way, but I think Manny's experience will be the key here and of course his speed.
Speed and punching power since these are the main qualities on where Pacquiao does have and make him win into lots of fights and taking down opponent neither younger or bigger or taller than him but due to age then for sure these qualities might had been reduced a bit but lets see if he has still that power
and fire inside to take down the young Spence.

Experience does matter but lets see on how he would handle out the younger one which is really capable off to be an opponent to him.
This fight is more thrill to look on  compared to those previous fights set on this year.

Probably the most anticipated fight as no one would think that a 40+ years old Manny will challenge the best fighter in the world in his division. It's a great match to watch and everyone is talking about it, I don't know if Manny will still get the crowd here but I hope so he'll do as that would help him when they chant his name.

Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny!

Sportsbook seems to have already listed this fight, I just check on my book and it's already in the list but no odds yet. I like this fight too, it should be one of the biggest fights of both fighters, whoever wins, deserves it as long as they do a clean fight. Manny is old, but who cares, he can still knock down a young champion and I believe many will bet on Manny to win by KO.

Yep, they won't simply forget about this fight, it is Manny after all. That's why the odds are there early, but as you have said, no other betting options so far.

I agree that this is one of the most anticipated fights, besides Fury vs Wilder trilogy in the HW. Everyone wanted to see Manny again bringing back the clock and be the versio of him, destroying bigger opponents during this prime. But as majority said, this might be tricky and difficult for him. But he has the tools and the experience and the heart to beat Spence, even by knockout.

Every boxer should not belittle his opponent, because once inside the ring, you don't know what your opponent is capable of.
You can watch his moves by replaying the old tapes and all, but when it comes to actual fight inside the ring, you will be clueless of what's to come.
The role of a coach is to study the tapes and understand the weakness of the opponents and there are some fighters who is capable of understanding the weakness themselves and legendary fighters are the once that could change the fight in the middle of a fight and adjust according to the opponent.

This match is indeed one for the books this year. There will be a lot of bettors on this match.
We don't know when Pacquiao will truly hang his gloves, if in case he will come out to be winner again on this match.
It is time that Manny Pacquiao can hang his gloves, he has proved everything and there is nothing left for him and he made the money and a life time of boxing and he needs to take care of his health rather than keep on continuing and if he wants to make money in the future he can come out and do some exhibition fights like Floyd Mayweather.

For sure those chant on his name would really be there because he wont really be making an 8 world division champion for nothing and even he's already old then for sure the still pack a punch.

Not to belittle on Spence but he shouldn't take Manny lightly because one mistake then he might get KO'ed if he got hit with fast combinations so he should watch out for that.

Yeah it will be recorded so let see if pacquaio will have a decent victory at this time since I don't know if he's still fast knowing his age also I think he really needs to retire before he ruin he's legendary status for a huge upset lose from his opponent. For having an extravagant ambition on politics and other more for sure Pacquaio will still fight in the name of money because he cannot earn that again if he surrender his gloves.
