Pacman are not worried about the lawsuit, let's not make this a big hindrance because no matter what, the fight will happen and we will witness a god fight between Manny and Spence.
We cannot underestimate these lawsuit because i thought nothing would happen when Deontay Wilder filed one against a contract they had and with that Tyson Fury had to drop the proposed match up with Anthony Joshua and continue with the trilogy and if there is a contract you never know what the outcome would be.
I still hope there is nothing to worry and the fight will carry on as expected.
That's correct, but if the result would be Manny would be fighting Garcia, then I think it will be a bad idea for their camp as Manny would certainly beat Garcia in a match. $3 million is a small amount, he can pay that amount if he wants to, but if his lawyer would say no because they believe they have not breached any contract, then it will be a long lawsuit case that we don't want to see. Hopefully, this will not distract Manny's training and focus on his upcoming fight.

I guess Manny had already signed a contract on the Garica fight, that's why there's a breach of contract. I have not read the content of the news yet, but it's pretty obvious that they are just looking for money that's why they sue Manny. Why can't they just wait after this fight, regardless of the result, I'm sure Manny could still fight Garcia if that's how the contract will be fulfilled.

This is a big surprise there are two scenarios here either he will eventually fight Garcia or he will pay for damages so just to push through with the Spence fight, they should come out with a quick decision, Pacquiao is already in training and this is a big distraction to his training, I don't want Pacquiao to pay for damages the Garcia fight is also good even if Garcia has no belt.

At this point, I consider it as both a blessing and a privilege that we get to witness another Pacquiao fight as we all know that he is already aging. Regardless on who Pacquiao will fight this year, I'm all up for it!

I read about the article about on the breach of contract and the camp of Pacquiao will definitely fix this conondrum. I think I also remembered that Pacquiao mentioned about fighting 'real boxers' instead of 'non-boxers' so I think he won't actually engage into exhibition fights in the future.

It seems like they are not worried about the lawsuit.

This is surprising. Just as when we thought Pacquiao has already chosen the fighter he will face in his next fight, this legal battle is coming its way.

But I still hope that this fight will still proceed. The camp of Pacquiao is still confident they will make this happen. But if this won't push through because of the contractual issues Pacquiao has with Paradigm, then I don't see any reason why a Pacquiao-Garcia fight won't be a good replacement.

At this point, I know negotiators from both parties are already doing backchannel talks on the best way to find a win-win situation.
Very surprising news while most of us is thinking that Pacquiao versus Spence Jr. is already a flawless match and then did this lawsuit came. I'm sure that the camp of Manny can fix this matter and if they're going to fight on it through legal matters, they will spend a lot of money on it. I think they just have to pay what Paradigm is asking and they're good to go. This could lead to a career downfall if Manny won't settle this match and future potential matches might also be stopped but that's just an only if. Because the chance of this match going through is higher and that's what I'm believing.

Manny's should have at least learn from his past mistakes, he fired Michael Koncz because of this abuse, not sure if he discover it personally or someone whispers it to him. So Manny should put trusted people around, not greedy and just want to take advantage of him.

And who are going to pay for that huge money being filed against him? There are a lot of legalities here, Manny be ready to hire someone like a lawyer here to take care of it. I doubt that Sean Gibbons can handle litigations in behalf of him.

Pacquiao is said to fight Garcia first Instead of what Errol Spence Jr. said on the bridge of contract that he filed in, I think this error was due to the people surrounds him now and because Freddy Roach is not on his side, I guess their team would likely to have wrong decisions, I surely don't blame Manny Pacquaio on this kind of things but his camp had sure seen it, so this kind of things should be avoided,

This is the thing about Manny Pacquiao, he trusts easily and he eventually trusting many people that just wants his fame or wants to ride on that fame,

Damn, that's a big money involved, $3 million ++. So we might be deprived of the fight if Attar will pursue this case (if no Manny settlement outside). Just history repeating itself again for Pacquiao. He just surround himself with people who really don't know the ins and outs o boxing and just making deals.

Remember his previous advisor? Michael Koncz? and now Sean Gibbons. Let's do hope that we can still see Pacquiao vs Spence this year.

This is a result of the greediness of some of the people that surrounded Pacquaio. Not a good in the promotion of the upcoming fight with Spence but with the amount of money involve in this fight, I think Paradigm will agree to a settlement and Pacman's money will be less than expected.

Due to Manny's forgiving personality, he is prone to abuse to greedy people who want to exploit him.

It is looking uncertain whether this fight will happen. Pacquiao is being sued by his manager Audie Attar for breach of contract. Attar's company Paradigm Sports was negotiating a Pacquiao vs. Mikey Garcia fight when Pacquiao instead decided to sign a contract for the Spence fight.

I've just seen this news lately and I'm surprised what just happened. I thought that Pacquiao - Spence is already going to happen without any problems.

But an interesting surprise came out. Let's see how things will go for Pacquiao.

They will still make it happen regardless of the lawsuit.
Money, a lot of money will make it disappear.
If they will forfeit this match, they'll lose even more money than the settlement for the lawsuit.
They're talking about reputation? That's bullcrap, they just found a hole to dig to have a good cash from the Pacman-Garcia cancelled fight.

How does the fans react to this? Those who already spend to watch the fight? The fans are probably paying half to reserve their seats.

When I read the article today about this lawsuit, I hope that Attar will just settle this breach of contract issue as the Pacquiao-Spence Jr fight is getting some noise from boxing fans. Maybe Pacquiao will just financially settle this. But common, if in case, this manager Attar will get some millions without even having the fight, just a lawsuit. If this fight will be on the brink of cancellation, we will know as sportsbooks may pull out the odds for Pacquiao-Spence Jr fight.

I think it doesn't matter if he is an underdog because that is only in the eyes of the oddsmakers. If you'll ask the fans, the majority of them would say that Manny will win, so getting an underdog line is on the advantage of the bettors that believe in him. This is going to be a "war-like" boxing, like we usually see, Manny always gives his challenger a tough time and he would do the same in this fight.
I like the idea of Manny being an underdog then he will win this fight.

Though he is not the favorite, im certain that we can see a great performance from him.

Good thing odds are out already even the fight is still less 2 months away.

Errol Spence Jr. is the heavy favorite but I'm not expecting his odds will be playing below 1.5. Are the odds provider really looked down too much for Pacquiao?

But for us PH bettors that rooting for Pacquiao, it's our advantage that we see good odds for Pacquiao.

Better prepare our funds for now.

Manny Pacquiao @2.8.

I think this is the first time I saw Manny having an odds like that.

For those who want to bet for Pacquiao, you should pick it now as if there's a thing that happened on the way, like Spence committing small or minor injury during practice but decided to continue the fight, odds for Pacquiao might be lowered. Everything around @2 is a good bet for Pacquiao.
It is a really attractive odd for Manny Pacquiao and he was also an underdog against Keith Thurman and from what i remember he was an underdog in all the odds maker charts as no one expected Manny Pacquaiao to win at 40 and Keith Thurman was undefeated and this is familiar situation against Errol Spence and my heart says pick the best odds now but i will rather go with round odds than picking the winner  Grin.
