I intend to bet on this Gervonta Davis vs. Hector Luis Garcia, Tank Davis has not fought for almost a year, that's a lot of months, so he may not be strong in terms of fighting, maybe just training will put him in good shape, but it's very different from being always fight, I hope this is not a problem for him at the time of the fight, I intend to bet on him, I don't see him losing in this fight
his opponent Hector Luis Garcia will have a lot of difficulties in this fight, he will have to prepare very well if he wants to avoid defeat, I believe that the bookmakers will put Tank as a favorite to win this fight and it's no wonder, the guy is strong, he knocked all of his opponents out of the 27 he faced, only 2 he didn't knock
It is surely different when a fighter is up fighting in the ring than having his training or Sparring, but there are some boxers including their Sparring matches as good as a fight inside the ring, I think Gervonta Davis even without a fight within a year, I think he is having good sparring partners this whole time, and as good as a fight inside the ring sparring fights with different professional boxer can also gain great experience for the boxer, whenever it is hard sparring or a light sparring, and if a boxer got many Sparring session than with his fight inside a ring I think it could also help in gaining experience,
I'm not familiar with Melvin Jerusalem, but this is what we wanted though, unheard names from the Philippines that can pull an upset in Japan.
We've seen Filipinos and other nationalities traveling around and defeating the champion in their home soil. Casimero, another Filipino is a classic example and hopefull if Jerusalem can do that, will be the saving grace for Filipino boxing right now as you have said, they don't have any champions.
Ioka vs Franco should be very tight fight, but Ioka has the experience and the momentum now.
Melvin Jerusalem is a great name I think he got 5 amateur fights and got 21 professional fights 11 of they are KOed finished, and getting the fight done at the young age of 28 years old, for me Melvin Jerusalem qualifies as fighting whoever he wants to fight, a great foundation of this was his pro fight wins it was a great achievement but I really don't know If I will bet for him because I haven't check his opponent yet,
