And it's probably another lost in translation maybe in Casimero camp here. And the decision whether he will be strip of the title is up to the governing body. Hopefully they will make a fair decision on this one.

OP is surely aware of the changes and instead, changing the title will be done.

Regarding the changes, looks like it was already planned but just become a good timing that Casimero was caught using a sauna. Even if no such incident happened, there will be other issues that they can throw at Casimero and that will result in a change in the fight. It's really surprising that Jonas Sultan is already there much ahead of the arrival of Casimero therefore, he already received a prompt about the sudden change.

I hope Casimero will learn a lesson from this. Being too arrogant won't help him. He is aging and might not get a good fight in the future.

I have seen him fight in Argentina and against Tete in England and he is so cool and he is impressive Sultan has a good chance here he has a good timing hitting his opponent like what we've seen in his fight against Caraballo who is undefeated at the time they fought and Sultan knocks him down 4 times.
