Yes, there's no doubt about that but that is already a history as we don't know yet if he is indeed back in his old form. I'm not saying that I don't have much faith with him but I think it is much better not to underestimate Jamaine Ortiz because we don't know, Loma might end up defeated just like what happened to him against Teo Lopez. Don't quote me on this but remember how Pacquiao have a higher expectation when he faced Ugas same with Alvarez when he had been defeated by Bivol though on that note both Ugas and Bivol do have decent stats comparing with Ortiz, but same with your sentiment, we never know if Loma is already on his best form after being absent for quite a while.

And besides both Bivol and Ugas are also one of those good contender Ugas replace the current title holder because he is next in line while Bivol is the title holder from the division Alvarez choose to go up.
