Winning against Loma will indeed book him to more pay.

Ortiz won against Herring so that's a + of possibility after it he gained a shot against Loma who also need a tune up for his next fight.
Comparing the skills of the 2, Loma has the edge so it might be difficult to see an upset against someone who has the same skill set of Shakur. And for that the odds speaks itself.

As of now, the real basis is the odds, we can only see the real status between them once they are already in the ring. When Lopez fought Loma, Loma was also heavily favored, but personally, I don't think that will happen again here as I believe Loma had already learned his lesson.

It is interesting because he will expect to entertain his fans once more, most are expecting that it will going to be an easy fight for
him and he will be finishing Ortiz with his classic fighting style.

There are lot of opinions about his next step, but all will be concluded after the result of this comeback fight.

I hope he will not fail our expectations, I think this fight is just like a tune up fight before a big fight, just like what Ryan Garcia did when he comes back to boxing. Well, we know how technical Lomachenko is, if he will use that effectively in this fight, it should be easy for him, however, we might not see a KO if Ortiz won't be desperate enough to KO Lomachenko.

Ryan Garcia's situation is somehow different to Lomachenko because Ryan fought an unknown local boxer named Tagoe and Fortuna who is already a veteran that has nothing to lose, the latter is fighting an aspiring boxing superstar with a clean undefeated record. What I'm trying to say is that Ortiz might be an underrated boxer in our eyes but let's now lose our vision here because Lopez also had that situation before he defeated Loma.

Well, you have a point, Loma needs to bring his A-Game in this fight still, he cannot be too complacent here. For me, I believe Loma is going to have an impressive win, it's his comeback fight, he understands that he needs to make a noise for him to have a big fight next.

Having said that, we can expect that Loma will do anything in his power to send a message in his comeback but that is not guaranteed for now as I'm not that sure because Ortiz might surprise us. He needed to win badly if he wants to continue in building his legacy, he still have a chance as well as Ortiz. I'd say this will be a fun match to see.

Fans expect Loma, but then again, it's boxing and inside this sport upset is really possible, we never know what inside
Ortiz' mind and maybe he also has that capability beating a hot and heavy favored Loma.

It's just a matter of strategy and fighting capabilities that will give both fighters an equal chance at winning this fight.
All will be witness when they already showing their skills and throwing punches to earn the win. Determination and
that kind of inspiration that if he will beat Loma, then his career will boom and expect a lot of money fight for him.

..... it's his comeback fight, he understands that he needs to make a noise for him to have a big fight next.

Definitely he will do that, but it seemed like it's just a cherry-picked fight for him since obviously as we can see on the betting odds, Lomachenko is heavily favored.

More betting options will be available soon I believe, but getting 1.06 only of your bet, does not look attractive, so there's no choice but to wait for a little time.

Yes, as per that odds, it doesn't really attractive for us bettors, but as least we have a gauge on what the odds for the ML is. And so we will have to be patience and wait till other betting odds are going to be listed by our favorite sports books.

It isn't attractive for Loma's supporters and those who see Loma as the winner but for Ortiz supporters, a x8 winning bet is a very enticing odds.

I would also tend to agree that this is a cherry pick, although in paper, Ortiz is a live dog with 0 losses. But Loma will be to much for the young fighter. But in the end it will be a great experience for Ortiz to have a fight with one of the best technical and complete boxer we have right now.

We do not know until the fight happens, there is still a chance for Ortiz to have an upset win.  Lomachenco may be the better player but we cannot remove the possibility of an upset since Ortiz has a good record and will do everything he can to beat Loma to maintain his untarnished record and upgrade his status as a boxer.

Of course, it's not a sure win for Loma, and Ortiz might pull an upset, but the chances are slim I might say.

And with Haney defeating Kambosos, it's time for Loma to do his part and if he wanted to get back his belt, he will have to defeat Ortiz and then fight Haney next. There is no stumbling block between the two and it could easily be set up. And definitely, the Haney's is going to watch this fight to do up close and see how Loma will be in his comeback fight.

More on the side that viewers and fans will check on Ortiz stats and it will allow Loma to hype his name high if he will beat him with a KO. Though we still can't say that Ortiz will let his opportunities pass, I might say that he will also bring everything inside the ring, it will give him the chance of bringing more fans if he will manage to upset the heavy favorite.

You don't need to ask that for him because we know Loma, he is a great boxer and he is always an entertaining boxer to watch. In fact, I'm more interested on his next fight as this fight is just probably his warm up before a big fight which could happen this year.

Loma has been an entertaining boxer all these years and for him to fight Ortiz in his comeback is the best decision for his team because he really needs warm up if he wants to get ready for a big fish next fight. Let's just hope he will gonna finish this quick in the early rounds without getting injured or something like that, in order for him to get a quick fight in the first quarter of next year. Who might be his next potential opponent when he is done with this one?

Yes, there's no doubt about that but that is already a history as we don't know yet if he is indeed back in his old form. I'm not saying that I don't have much faith with him but I think it is much better not to underestimate Jamaine Ortiz because we don't know, Loma might end up defeated just like what happened to him against Teo Lopez. Again, I might be wrong.

Following your statement and it's indeed possible as upset in this sport can take place. Don't quote me on this but remember how Pacquiao have a higher expectation when he faced Ugas same with Alvarez when he had been defeated by Bivol though on that note both Ugas and Bivol do have decent stats comparing with Ortiz, but same with your sentiment, we never know if Loma is already on his best form after being absent for quite a while.

All will be decided when the fight start and the fighters start showing their skills, both have good reason to win, Loma for possibilities of a title fight while for Ortiz to hype his career since he's fighting against a very well-known great fighter.

There's only a big difference compared to the two fighters you've mentioned, and that is the betting odds because Vasiliy Lomachenko is heavily favored by bookies compared to Ugas and Bivol who were only a slight underdog during their fight. So if there's an upset here, bettors will definitely have a big smile on their faces as they will get a huge return of their bets with the current odds of Jamaine Ortiz.

I do agree! And besides both Bivol and Ugas are also one of those good contender Ugas replace the current title holder because he is next in line while Bivol is the title holder from the division Alvarez choose to go up. With Ortiz, I'm so bias but it's reality that if he upset Loma, the money in-line is too heavy.

If Loma is back to his championship form. Who is your bet between Loma and Haney? Are you still confident that Loma can be victorious over the younger champion who owns all the belts?

Same with you, I will still have Loma to win, but it will be a very tough fight because Haney too is great and have the skills. But Loma's ring IQ and experience and this variety of arsenals might be hard for Haney to counter and offset.

Rumors said that the style of Loma is good enough to beat Haney but of course, that is just a rumor and needs to be proven in the ring.

That is why we believed that their future fight will be interesting to see because we think that Lomachenko might be the one who will give the current undisputed boxer a hard time but as of now, that will remain as a speculation and a rumor as we haven't saw them sharing a ring yet.

Yes, style wise, I think Haney will be a big challenge for Loma and we will see that both of this great boxers will elevated their game if they wanted to win big in they collide in the future.

And again, Loma could be the favorite but I still think the Haney will have a lot of backers in this fight. So it will be like 60/40 in favor of Loma and I wouldn't be surprised if the odds turns out to be 50/50 as well.

I'm already excited and looking forward to see their fight soon but that is not yet guaranteed because both of the named boxer still have their own respective fight to begin with, Loma is looking a good comeback while Haney is looking forward to duplicate his victory last time against Kambosos. Though, I really think that Kambosos will not and cannot make a difference this time.

well, we will see his performance once inside the ring. it is true that we actually don't know now his strength once inside the ring. many are hoping for the best. but the work is still with him. if he wants to change his path, definitely he will prepare for this fight. but we can't gauge yet how he is now inside the ring. this is yet to be seen in this upcoming fight.

Definitely a tune up fight for Lomachenko, but still I don't think that he will overlook Ortiz because he knows that just a single punch will change the fight.

And so he will train very hard, and we wanted to see him in his best form against the version of a young opponent in Ortiz. And then we can say that Lomachenko is definitely back in the mix and will get all the belts he lost to Teo that is now in the line in Kambosos vs Haney fight.
This fight is almost come only few days to go and we see this two good boxer defending themselves. An Ukrainian boxer vasilly Lomachenko will face jamaine Ortiz which have the record 16 -0  and for sure this fight will be the best for Lukashenko because as we all know that Ortiz is not just easy boxer and my prediction for this fight is that Ortiz has a good percent that he will win the match but if lomatchenko trained harder then there's a chance that he will beat Ortiz.

Right, and this is considered to be his "second" comeback fight, remember that he got injured and then makes a huge statement comeback win against Nakatani and then Comney. And the war started and he served his country. And now amidst the war in the background, he decided to come back like his fellow Ukrainian Usyk and fight in the ring once more. I'm seeing either Haney or Kambosos in his next fight assuming he win here.

He will push for it and challenge whoever will the belt holder after winning his upcoming fight, Loma will be chasing for another belt
and be back at the top.
