Now I thought that it again returns to its bottom in the area of 500-700 dollars. But it dropped to 1100 and take another shot at 1600. Volatility of course is amazing. News that the miners are switching from BITCOIN to BCASH played a role
I think that bitcoin is not dead, because its right now still the best coin in the world. Its also very expensive why would a coin be so expensive ? People are still buying it that is why.

I do not think Bitcoin can die in the present or future. Since current 2x segwit has been aborted, nothing can affect bitcoin. The value of bitcoin is greatly increased after the segwit is canceled.
SegWit2x was only a manipulatory ploy by WuVer to pump BCash anyways.Probably true considering that price went up to high even for my standard. Didnt think it can break 700 not above 1000 but this was mainly manipulated for individuals to gain additional bitcoin after this and they succeeded in this.

This post is really funny. I don't know why this surfaced again. This topic should now be shelved. First, the issue is now moot since it has already been proven that the instant growth of Bitcoin Cash was not a real community-backed growth. It was pumped by a few whales in Bitcoin Cash. Secondly, there will never be another original Bitcoin. Bitcoin Cash is of course well known to be just a lowly fork of Bitcoin. Therefore, it is not at all original.
I hold BCH that got from fork, but not sure in Bitcoin Cash success. There are too many manipulation on currency.
I think owner is of Bitcoin Cash is manuplating the price of Bitcoin and community shifting to Bitcoin Cash because in order to reduce the price of Bitcoin and buy them when Bitcoin hits at low price.

I do not think Bitcoin can die in the present or future. Since current 2x segwit has been aborted, nothing can affect bitcoin. The value of bitcoin is greatly increased after the segwit is canceled.

I ever heard about this statement, but everything just personally opinion about this. I never call BCH will 'kick' his big brother, but I prefer to say that both of them complement each other someday. BTC still the king, and BCH as the prince in crypto.
Bitcoin cash is just a matter of growth. This has been now growing as other altcoins and the same doesn't serve as a threat to bitcoin. I don't think more users shift to bitcoin cash because of the price growth happening with it. As a form of profiting users just switch to it and come back again to bitcoin.
No one in their right mind will dump their bitcoins and just move to bitcoin cash. BCH is just a result of Jihan Wu and others to try to discredit bitcoin. It's good for people who got these coins for free, but to invest in it is not really a good idea.
Of course, no one in their right mind will give up their bitcoins in order to regret their lost profits later. Now there are a lot of scammers who try to fake false rumors and make the bitcoin owners panic.

I am becoming more and more bull for bitcoin cash. It demonstrated its power moving against market when altcoins were burning to ground. It isn't something good as bitcoin but it's valid good altcoin.
Bitcoin is never dead. Look at the price now, it continues hit many new peaks in the future. There are many corporations being interested in with Bitcoin now.

some peeps actually dump their bitcoins just to invest on bitcoincash , knowing that bitcoincash has pumped hard and they think it will continue to rose just like bitcoin did though bitcoincash is indeed a good coin which has some advantages compared to some other coins. yet bitcoin is not dead and wont be dead , infact it is already booming again reaching its new all time high.
Time will tell if they learned their lesson or if they will give their money away to liars again.
