My opinion is that the bull market can begin again in the second decade of December of this year, this may be due to the fact that it is planned to open the BAKKT site.
Expecting a bull run now can only be a wishful thinking or being a too optimistic person, especially when the only thing that could have triggered it, a Bitcoin ETF, seems that will not be approved anytime soon.
Well not all year will have the same scheme for cryptocurency. It will have it's own way for every different year.
So if this year will not have a bull run, then perhaps another time, the bull run will happen. and there will be no notification for it.

I believe that nothing significant will happen. The main thing at the moment, I believe, is that the cryptocurrency is stable and does not fall in price. If the market holds, then growth will begin in 2019.
I have already ceased to expect a bull this year or following. He think will come not earlier than in 2020 and that will be very unexpected guest. I advise all to relax and to forget for a while about the investments into cryptocurrency.
On point, this would reduce the people who are only getting here to invest. And for those people that has enough and basic knowledge on crypto would be happy with this situation because they can have more coins.

So it happens that every where in the crypto universe every single person is expecting a bull run Q4 of every year as if it's a norm now.
Well for me am happy the bull run isn't happening this year so that many can cool off and know this is not a yearly get rich quick business and people have to understand what investment are and invest wisely

I really believed in bullrun before the year ends becaus its the routine of the crypto world.
Your post makes sense, although this is still a good market condition because the market is not going down drastically just like in the past, people will not in a hurry to invest especially on these ICO's they will have second thoughts on what and where to invest now because of the current market scenario.
I am sure people at a point are not expecting any bull run again, just a good movement of price higher. Looking at the adoption rate with volume trade, it looks adoption is not the space challenge but sheer manipulation but I dont know how long it may last.
I think I will use hoping that there will be a bull run and not expecting there should be a bull run. For me my fingers are crossed and I hope it will happen..
Truthfully bear market is my favourite ,many are expecting the bull run this year ending but I'm one of those who don't want it yet because I still have to fill up my empty bags ,in short bearish time is the best time to start investing
Market never runs on the sentiments of traders, it runs on strong fundamentals. Right now the market movement is slow and even on small rise their are traders who are ready to take profit and pull the market down. Until the traders are not bullish the market will be roaming in this range only.

I think everything will be better in early 2019. There is very little time left in 2019. I hope I'm not wrong. News that will have a positive impact is coming slowly.
If there is no bull market for a long time, then there will be serious consequences for ICO and cryptocurrency. Investors will be disappointed and leave, but bounty hunters will also throw their activities. However, those who are patient, in the end will get more money.
Because there was bull run in q4 last year doesnt have to mean that it is the rule! But we have one rule for now, and that is in the year after the halving there is always bull run. So, mine coins, invest, daily trade do whatever you can to accumulate coins until then.

I don't catch any reason why crypto should refer to any stock market. It was created to be different from them, not to be "just another one but with features". The healing is good for crypto. The percentage of understanding people is increasing, while percentage of hype-followers and lovers of fast easy income is decreasing. Strong community is building this way
The market is down again. I think we'il have to wait for Bullish.
