I think that Vitalik, as the Creator of Ethereum and a significant figure in the sphere of blockchain, is necessary for the project to conquer the market. But the project is able to exist and develop without it. There are thousands of developers in the project team and they understand how to develop the product and make it better.
Ethereum was always doomed, it is an over bloated crap coin, with no legal reference to uphold it's so called smart contracts.
Funny how he runs away before actually activating Proof of Stake, kind of make you think it was all bullshit from him.
Personally always though he was a minion of Goldman Sachs.

I don't think there is a problem if buterin will leave ethereum, I'm sure ethereum will be able to last a long time in the future, no doubt about ethereum because this coin has the advantage that it will remain a strong and long-lasting coin in this cryptocurrency
There is a huge problem. Seeing the icon and founder leaving his creation, some people think that there is something wrong with his creation that he cannot fix. Anyway, that was just an assumption. If ever Vitalik left ETH, lets just hope it won't have a huge impact on the project and the token revolves around it.
I think that this will have a negative impact on the entire market. And most likely Ethereum perhaps can even be a problem until the disappearance from the market. I think that this should be treated just that way

I don't think that it will be in the near future. Ethereum has a lot of chances to become one of the most importnant cryptocurrencies and Vitalic will just leave this project?? It's impossible.
I am afrad that if Vitalik Buterin leave Ethereum, same thing will happen like a year ago with Litecoin. Litecoin is continually falling after Charlie Lee's exit from Litecoin.

So many rumours are about the Ethereum and about the Vitalik Buterin itself all the time. Of course it is clear, he is a public person. And the level of popularity of the Ethereum is so high))) Personally I do not trust this statement. ))) I think that the Ethereum will live longer than people think. But I may be wrong, of course.
Buterin is going drop his favorite child? The truth is I don't really believe in this. Maybe he is doing this on purpose?
This will really be a bad news for the project. The guy is the face of Ethereum and when he leaves many investors will not trust the platform again even if other developers continue to work on it. I think he needs to change his decision because of the community and the project future.

That's really bad news, I do not know the reason why he left. Vitalik is an important person for the ETH Project. Probably during this time ETH will face great difficulties.
I hope this information is not correct and I hope this is only limited to FUD, because if Buterin starts leaving ethereum then there will certainly be many who are disappointed with ethereum and the price will be very cheap.
Such announcement is really bad for the ethereum community. Even if it continues to exist doubts will still be around to make the FUD go stronger. I just hope he will, as a creator stand until the end of his creation. Though this might be just some fake new but should this be really true this will certainly create as negative impact among investors and holders. Hope he will have to stay to keep things alive...
with the decline occurring in ethereum now what is feared is that many people will leave ethereum and move on to several other assets. because now ethereum continues to fall it is not very good for investment, maybe ethereum prices are very cheap, but if this continues, investors will leave it.

I kinda want vitalik to leave ether just to invest in the next big thing he will create.
Then let's see if it will happen. If it does, another coin is born to live like ethereum does but ethereum anyway, will not die as other believe. It will just slow down and more devs believer of ethereum will be taking over but Vitalik will still remain the founder or creator of the coin and not the active developer anymore.
