I think this is one of the best strategy on making trading, selling, and buying altcoins. This can help to maintain the profit in investment and to disallow the loses. Buy low and sell high cannot be applicable in some situation but it is good technique.
Buying at low prices and selling at high prices is a simple principle that has attracted me to trading. But in the last few months when I bought at a cheap price (I think) but why did the price go down? But no problem. I will use it as a long-term investment , and maybe i will sell it in 3 years. I have bitcoin, eth, and waves.

i personally try to buy as much as possible. but for the ones that wants to be in more safe side they should better to wait for end of bearish season. there is no guarantee that it wont keep droping and go lower. but i am suspecious about a sharp up that is why i try to collect now.

agree. Now it's really good time to buy coin, because entire market's crashing now. BUY NOW! My portfolio: BTC, ETH, Ripple! Hope in last half of this year all the regulations or policies will be clear and the market will go up. Pessimistically maybe go up in 2019, but anyway now it's obviously low point.

$3000 is sounds impossible to me,,
in my opinion bitcoin price will make double bottom soon and this is a big sign of reversal
